Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Strategist to join our team. You will be instrumental in assisting clients to develop and implement AI strategies that foster innovation, enhance productivity, and drive financial success. In collaboration with customers, you will identify their specific needs and provide strategic guidance on AI adoption and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with clients to analyze their business processes, opportunities, and challenges, identifying areas where AI technology can drive growth and transformation.
* Develop customized AI strategies, roadmaps, and action plans aligned with clients' business objectives.
* Participate in the requirements definition, design, technology selection, and implementation phases of AI solution development.
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, emerging technologies, market trends, and best practices.

Skills and Experience:

* Fluency in Finnish.
* Over 10 years of experience in AI, data science, and advanced analytics.
* Strong expertise in complex analytics models, machine learning (particularly LLM), and AI technologies.
* Sales-focused and consultative approach, capable of understanding customer needs and adapting to specific situations.
* Ability to stay current with the latest AI developments, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
* Practical experience in experimenting with new technologies and developing proof of concepts.
