    * Experience in an AWS environment with Operations, CI/CD, Infrastructure, IaC or Security.
    * Experience with AWS related tools and frameworks. Certifications are always a plus, but not a dealbreaker.



    Some buzzwords that might be useful for you on the DevOps/Infrastructure part:

    * Terraform / Cloudformation for Infrastructure as Code.
    * Experience with Containers and Orchestrations always helps( Kubernetes, Docker, EKS etc…)
    * Configuration Management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc…
    * CI/CD tools like AWS CodeBuild, Gitlab, Bamboo, Jenkins, etc…)



    And some that are considered a big plus:

    * AWS Lambda for Serverless services.

    * Cloud monitoring tools like Cloudwatch, CloudCheckr, New Relic, etc..

As part of their impressive growth plans they are seeking a Third Party Security Specialist / Lead to have an outside impact on the trajectory of the business that is growing at a considerable pace.

    In this role you will be primarily responsible for managing the security risk of third parties. You will work directly with senior leaders across the organisation to assess the security risks of suppliers and devise practical solutions or make informed decisions about the identified risks.

    The role:

    * Embed and manage a scalable third party security risk management policy, taking into account business context and relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations
    * Define the security requirements for suppliers proportional to the risk they present
    * Assess the security risks of suppliers and advise the business on appropriate controls to mitigate them
    * Perform periodic assurance reviews of supplier controls
    * Track risks and remediation actions related to third party suppliers
    * Respond to third party security questionnaires
    * Support the security incident response team in the event of a supplier security incident
    * Produce and deliver management reporting of third party security risks to relevant committees and stakeholders

    Your profile:

    * Significant experience in third party security risk management ideally in a fast paced business
    * Previously defined processes and procedures for managing third party security risk
    * Experience in deploying and using commercial third party risk management tools
    * Experience in conducting supplier security reviews
    * Comfortable interacting with different stakeholders across the business in both technical and non-technical roles
    * Familiar with security standards such as ISO27001, NIST and SOC2

    Preferred, but not mandatory:

    * Relevant industry certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISA, CISSP
    * Working experience with commercial tools for managing supplier security risk

    As a Service Desk Specialist you will be working as part of the 24/7 global Operations Team, that partners closely with other Tech teams and business units with a special focus upon providing front-line real-time support for colleagues needing IT assistance.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    * Ensure the highest levels of customer experience in a collaborative environment with a keen focus on helping people resolve issues and problems as the first point of contact in Operations.
    * You will spend time working with tickets that have been submitted to the Service Desk via multiple mediums. Some tickets you will work through to resolution, and some you will need to collaborate or escalate to other teams for assistance. You will act as liaison for our new employees helping to assist in setting up their laptops and accessories.
    * Troubleshoot, or escalate issues as appropriate, in a timely manner while communicating clearly and proactively throughout the customer's experience until resolved.
    * Accurately log all Service Desk issues and work efforts using our service management solution
    * Identify and research technical problems of varying complexity and follow through to resolution.



    Requirements:

    * Comfortable communicating the right level of detail with excellent written and verbal skills.

    * A methodical and logical approach to problem solving
