    Senior Tech App Support Specialist - London - £70k

    Please note - this role requires you to work on-site in London a minimum of 3 days per week. To be eligible for this role you must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK, this organisation is not able to offer sponsorship.

    We're working with a leading London Market insurance broker to hire a Senior Technical Application Support Specialist to join their growing technology team.

    This is a key hire, replacing a long-standing team member, and offers the opportunity to step into a well-established environment while helping shape the future of technical support, automation, and AI adoption across the business.

    You'll take ownership of a broad estate of business-critical applications, working closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure systems run effectively while also bringing fresh ideas on emerging technologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Provide senior-level application support across a suite of business-critical platforms
    * Own and triage incidents, problems, and service requests, ensuring high-quality resolution
    * Support and maintain system integrations across multiple internal and external platforms
    * Act as a technical escalation point within the team and provide cover for leadership when required
    * Engage with senior stakeholders across the business in a professional, corporate environment
    * Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and support capability
    * Explore and champion emerging technologies, especially in AI and automation (e.g. Copilot, Google Cloud-based tools)

    Required Experience:



    * Strong experience in application support at a senior level
    * Proven experience supporting integrated systems environments (APIs, middleware, or similar)
    * Comfortable working across modern tech stacks in a vendor-agnostic environment
    * Experience in a professional services or corporate environment, supporting senior stakeholders
    * Google Cloud platform experience
    * Strong communication skills
    * Experience working in a fast-paced and professional environment
    * A keen interest and passion in keeping up to date with emerging AI technologies.

    Buscamos un/a Network Engineer para incorporarse a una organización internacional en crecimiento y formar parte de un equipo tecnológico encargado de la administración, mantenimiento y evolución de infraestructuras de red corporativas.

    La persona seleccionada tendrá un papel clave garantizando la disponibilidad, rendimiento y seguridad de la red, participando en proyectos de mejora de infraestructura y colaborando con equipos tecnológicos internacionales.

    Esta posición representa una excelente oportunidad para un perfil de redes con experiencia en entornos empresariales complejos, orientado a la resolución de incidencias y con interés en trabajar en un entorno internacional y dinámico.

    Responsabilidades

    * Administración y mantenimiento de infraestructuras de red corporativas.
    * Monitorización del rendimiento de la red y resolución de incidencias de conectividad.
    * Gestión de entornos LAN, WAN y WiFi.
    * Configuración, mantenimiento y soporte de dispositivos de red.
    * Resolución de problemas técnicos y troubleshooting de networking.
    * Garantizar la disponibilidad, rendimiento y seguridad de la infraestructura de red.
    * Documentación de configuraciones, procedimientos e incidencias.
    * Soporte técnico a nuevas aperturas e integraciones de centros.
    * Colaboración con equipos tecnológicos internacionales.
    * Participación en proyectos de mejora, evolución y optimización de infraestructuras.

    Requisitos

    Formación

    * Grado en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Informática, Ingeniería o estudios relacionados.
    * También se valorará Formación Profesional Superior relacionada con Sistemas, Redes o Telecomunicaciones.

    Experiencia profesional

    * Más de 4 años de experiencia como Network Engineer o en posiciones similares.
    * Experiencia gestionando infraestructuras de red corporativas.
    * Experiencia en resolución de incidencias y troubleshooting de networking.
    * Experiencia trabajando en entornos empresariales complejos y distribuidos.

    Conocimientos técnicos

    * Sólidos conocimientos de redes LAN, WAN y WiFi.
    * Experiencia con configuración y soporte de dispositivos de red.
    * Conocimientos de seguridad de redes.
    * Experiencia en entornos corporativos con infraestructuras críticas.

    Idiomas

    * Inglés C1 imprescindible.
    * Capacidad para comunicarse y trabajar eficazmente en entornos internacionales.

    * Capacidad de organización y documentación.

    * Buenas habilidades de comunicación.

    * Experiencia previa en organizaciones multinacionales.
    * Experiencia gestionando entornos con múltiples sedes.
    * Certificaciones de networking (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet o similares).
    * Conocimientos avanzados en seguridad de redes.
