    About the role:
    You will be responsible for the recruitment and building of a robust team within cybersecurity
    You will Identify and develop new business opportunities within cybersecurity, and build strong relationships with potential customers and partners.

    Required skillset:
    10+ years of relevant work experience
    Experience with recognized frameworks such as CIS Controls, NIST CF and MITER ATT&CK
    Previous experience managing a team, recruitment
    Experience with project management and quality assurance of deliveries
    Technical competence within security systems, networks and infrastructure
    Experience with risk analysis and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-prem environments

    Nice to have:
    Competence and experience in securing Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
    Experience in one or more of the areas: log analysis, network analysis, EDR, IDS/IPS, operating systems and malware analysis
    Relevant certifications such as CISSP and OSCP

    * 3+ years experience with TypeScript

    * Fluent Norwegian speaking, reading and writing.
    * Beneficial if you have experience with AWS and Kubernetes
    * Favourably with Java/Python/Kotlin in the back end, but this is not a requirement as you will work purely with the front end
    * Work experience can make up for a lack of higher education, but if you are not very senior, a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject is necessary for this position
    * Motivation and work ethic are also extremely important, so if you're a little more junior but are hardworking and love challenges, then we'll hear from you too!
