    About the Role

We're looking for an AI Services Consultant to join a regional AI team, working alongside an AI Solutions Executive and an AI Solutions Architect.

This is a pre-sales consulting role. You'll speak with clients to understand their AI ambitions, identify where consulting services can help them get there (things like data readiness, use-case workshops, and adoption programs), and scope out engagements that move them from idea to production.

    What You'll Do

    * Meet with clients to understand their AI goals and scope the right services to support them
    * Sell consulting engagements across areas like AI strategy, data readiness, security and governance, and AI adoption
    * Position developer productivity and coding assistant services (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) including pilots and ROI tracking
    * Build business cases and cost models that justify AI and infrastructure investment
    * Design proof-of-concept and pilot programs that help clients validate AI use cases before committing
    * Work closely with a Solutions Executive and Solutions Architect as one team, sharing pipeline and account planning
    * Structure larger AI programs into multi-phase roadmaps with clear milestones and outcomes
    * Stay closely involved as projects move from sales into early delivery, making sure what was promised gets delivered
    * Build trusted relationships with IT and business leaders, and support the wider sales team as an AI expert

    What We're Looking For

    * 10+ years in technology consulting, services sales, or practice management
    * A strong track record of personally closing large services deals ($1M+, long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders)
    * Comfortable speaking with C-suite and senior leaders about AI strategy and investment, not just the technical detail
    * Experience selling or scoping AI, data, analytics, or cloud consulting work
    * Understanding of AI coding assistants and workforce AI tools well enough to scope pilots and adoption programs
    * General knowledge of data governance, cloud platforms, and security as they relate to AI
    * Comfortable writing proposals and presenting during competitive sales processes
    * Bachelor's degree required

    Nice to Have

    * Background at a major consulting firm (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, IBM Consulting)

    Fabric Developer

    Finland

    • Negotiable
    • Consultant Role
    • Skills: Tech Stack: Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Python, PySpark, SQL, Azure, Databricks Skills: Data Modelling, ETL/ELT, Medallion Architecture, CI/CD, Data Governance, GDPR Certifications: DP-700, DP-600
    • Seniority: Senior

    Job description

    The Role

We're looking for a Microsoft Fabric Developer / Consultant to design, build, and take modern data and analytics solutions into production for our clients. You'll work across the full data lifecycle from OneLake and the lakehouse through to Power BI and the insights business users actually act on, and you'll do it in a client-facing, advisory capacity. This is a hands-on delivery role with a consultant's mindset: you translate business needs into maintainable technical solutions and can explain your choices to a non-technical audience.

Microsoft Fabric projects are growing quickly, and we're strenghtening the team that delivers them. You'll join a group of data engineers, BI developers, and architects working closely with clients across the Nordic mid-market and enterprise. Depending on the engagement, you might be the sole technical lead embedded with a customer or one of several specialists on a larger platform build. We support certification, invest in continuous learning (the toolset moves fast), and expect everyone to grow their advisory skills alongside their technical depth.

    In practice, you will:

    *

Design and implement end-to-end data solutions on Microsoft Fabric - ingestion, transformation, storage, modelling, and reporting.
    *

Build and orchestrate data pipelines using Fabric Data Factory / Data Pipelines and notebooks, moving data reliably from source systems into OneLake.
    *

Develop lakehouse and warehouse layers following a medallion (bronze/silver/gold) or comparable layered architecture, with attention to partitioning, performance, and cost.
    *

Model data for analytics and build performant Power BI semantic models, reusable DAX measures, and reports that serve as a trusted single source of truth.
    *

Implement engineering discipline around your work: version control, CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring so solutions are maintainable and observable in production.
    *

Apply data governance, security, and privacy controls (access, classification, lineage) in line with client policy and GDPR.
    *

Act as a trusted advisor to clients - gather and challenge requirements, run workshops, present solutions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders, and help customers make well-reasoned technology choices.
    *

Contribute to our internal practice: best-practice patterns, reusable accelerators (Terraform for example), DevOps and governance models, and mentoring of colleagues.

    Requirements

    *

Several years of hands-on experience in data engineering, BI, or analytics delivery, ideally in a consulting or client-project setting.
    *

Practical, demonstrable experience with Microsoft Fabric and its core workloads: OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory / Data Pipelines, and Synapse Data Engineering.
    *

Architectural understanding of Microsoft Fabric implementation and design.
    *

Strong Power BI skills: semantic (tabular) modelling, advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and report/dashboard design, including workspace and deployment management.
    *

    Solid Python/PySpark & SQL experience
    *

Sound understanding of data modelling (dimensional/star schema, medallion, and ideally Data Vault) and modern ELT/ETL approaches.
    *

Familiarity with source-control-based development and CI/CD for data workloads (Azure DevOps or GitHub, Fabric deployment pipelines / Git integration).
    *

An understanding of data governance, security, and privacy as first-class concerns, not afterthoughts.
    *

The ability to work independently, take ownership of a deliverable, and drive it to a measurable, production-ready result.
    *

Fluent Finnish and working proficiency in English are a must. Client-facing work is often in Finnish.

We value how you work with clients as much as what you can build.

In addition to technical skills and filling the language requirement, you need to have a consultative approach. You listen, connect technology to business needs, and are comfortable making clear, defensible recommendations.

    As a consultant, you have

    *

Confidence presenting to and facilitating discussions with non-technical stakeholders.
    *

Business understanding: you care about the value a solution delivers, not just its technical elegance.
    *

Curiosity and a genuine appetite for continuous learning as the Fabric platform evolves.
    *

Collaborative instincts - sharing knowledge, sparring with colleagues, and raising the team's overall capability.

Nice to have (bonus, not required)

    *

Broader Azure data ecosystem experience: Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL, and especially Azure Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow).
    *

dbt and a modern, modular ELT mindset.
    *

Real-Time Intelligence / Eventhouse (KQL), Data Activator, or streaming/event-driven data experience.
    *

Microsoft Purview and hands-on data governance (classification, lineage, sensitivity labels).
    *

Experience integrating Fabric with the Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or enterprise source systems such as SAP (BW / Datasphere).
    *

Practical use of Copilot and AI-assisted capabilities in data and analytics development - and interest in the emerging Fabric agentic stack (data agents, Fabric IQ).
    *

PowerShell for environment automation; paginated reports for operational/pixel-perfect reporting.

    • Developer Role
    • Skills: .NET

    Job description

Senior .NET Systems Engineer / Consultant - SWEDISH SPEAKING

📍 Malmö, Sweden | Consultancy Environment | Microsoft Ecosystem

Our client is looking for a senior .NET consultant who sees technology as a way to solve business problems, not just write code.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys stepping back, understanding the bigger picture, and building scalable solutions across complex Microsoft environments. You'll work closely with clients on integration-heavy projects, cloud-native platforms, and modern backend architectures where communication and problem-solving are just as important as technical capability.

This is not a traditional "pure developer" role.

Our client is looking for someone who combines strong backend engineering experience with a consultant mindset, someone comfortable navigating both technical and business discussions.

    What you'll work with:

    * Complex backend and systems integration projects
    * Cloud-native Microsoft environments
    * Modern .NET development
    * Solution architecture and technical leadership
    * Data-driven platforms and backend ecosystems
    * Emerging AI and data engineering initiatives, including Databricks and LLM-related solutions

    What we're looking for:

    * Senior experience within .NET backend development
    * Strong understanding of systems integration and distributed environments
    * Experience working within Microsoft-focused ecosystems
    * A solution-oriented and consultative mindset
    * Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
    * Comfortable working closely with clients and stakeholders
    * Curiosity around modern cloud, data, and AI technologies

    Valuable experience:

    * Tech Lead or Solution Architect background
    * Cloud-native architecture experience
    * Experience with data platforms, Databricks, or data engineering
    * Exposure to AI/LLM-related initiatives
    * Experience designing systems with a broader data platform mindset

    Why this role?

You'll join a consultancy environment where technical depth matters, but where communication, curiosity, and problem-solving matter just as much.

The team is investing heavily in modern data capabilities and building stronger expertise around Databricks, cloud-native architecture, and AI-driven solutions. It's an opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while helping clients navigate increasingly data-driven environments.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, working closely with clients, and building modern backend solutions beyond just "coding", this could be a strong fit.
