    About the role:

    I'm seeking a skilled and motivated Azure Integration Consultant to join my Finnish customer on an initial 6-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based integration solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration architectures that support business transformation and digital innovation.



    Key Responsibilities:

    * Design and implement Azure-based integration solutions using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and other Azure services.
    * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    * Develop and maintain integration components and APIs to connect cloud and on-premises systems.
    * Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
    * Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
    * Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
    * Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.



    Required Skills & Experience:

    * Proven experience in Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, etc.).
    * Experience developing with C#/.NET on the backend and React or Blazor on the frontend.
    * Strong understanding of cloud architecture and integration patterns.
    * Proficiency in RESTful APIs.
    * Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in Azure.
    * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    * Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-305) are a plus.

    * Deliverables: Current state metadata & lineage map, Metadata Management Framework & Standards, two metadata-enriched domains live in a pilot platform, Stakeholder Engagement & Training for metadata, and a gap analysis report on metadata coverage and tool capability.

    * Data Stewardship Program: This workstream aims to establish and operationalize a robust Data Stewardship program.

    * Deliverables: Nominated Data Stewards, Data Steward Handbook, Data Steward Onboarding Material and Process, Drafted Data Lifecycle Process, Training and Activated Data Stewards, and Next Steps and Costed Implementation Plan.

    * Tiered Governance Framework and Approval Automation: This workstream focuses on formalizing data risk assessment and automating approvals for low-risk data.
