    Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will work to align the technology strategy with the business vision.     Lead in the prioritisation of technology-related initiatives within the company both from a strategic and operational perspective aligning with group company goals.
    Oversee the management of a multi-disciplined team with a varied skill set including backend/frontend developers, QA, security and Dev Ops.
    Responsible for leading the growing teams across the central belt of Scotland (currently 15 resources).
    Responsible for coaching and retention of key hires.
    Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Product and the Product team in delivering industry-leading solutions.
    Research and development of new and emerging technologies.
    Contribute to team process improvement adhering to industry best practice and principles.
    Provide team members with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform the role to a high standard.
    Provide feedback/reporting to Management/Board of Directors on a regular and ad hoc basis.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Partner with the Sales team.
    * Own the technical engagement with Enterprise Customers/Prospects during both the trial/POC and post-sales on boarding phase.
    * Deliver detailed technical demos of Cloud Solutions and integration's with key cloud services in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
    * Proactively own technical relationships with customers and prospects while engaging internal Sales, Channel, and Partner Managers as needed.

    Qualifications:

Someone with a good foundation in testing and wants to further their career within testing, someone who is keen to learn new technologies.



    You will be:

    * Working within a friendly and supportive testing team in a fun and dynamic Agile development environment.
    * Working with a variety of teams: Developers, Product Owners, Business staff, etc. to deliver solutions to help the company grow and succeed.
    * Exciting and varying testing using websites, APIs, mobile devices, tablets, etc.

    These are the qualities we are looking for:

    * Minimum 3 years' experience of testing complex and integrated web applications.
    * Experience of cross-browser and cross-platform testing using various browsers / mobile / tablets / etc.
    * Commercial experience of JIRA, Confluence, data and matric creation tools.
    * Producing test artefacts (test scripts; test matrixes; data matrixes; test plans; etc.) using various approaches (e.g. high-level scenario through detailed test steps).
    * Experience of API and database testing, with a solid understanding of SQL.
    * Experience of using BrowserStack.
    * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
