A company that created an insurance comparison platform is currently looking for a Solutions Architect to join their team.

Responsibilities

* Assist in the development and implementation of improvement
* Supporting DevOps Engineers in solution transitions
* Supporting Software Engineers in resolving development problems
* Contributing to ensuring application and data engineering groups productivity
* Designing, developing, and testing software systems to meet business needs (SDLC)
* Working closely with the Director of Product Delivery and Director of Analytics Support
* Working closely with the VP of Engineering and Stakeholders to understand strategies

About You

* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Min. 10 years of experience in software architecture/development
* Expert in Java and Java-Based Web Apps
* Experience developing SOAs
* Understanding of DevOps Principals
* Excellent Communication Skills

Technical Requirements

* Experience implementing AWS Services in production
* Kubeflow is an absolute must have
* Data/Analytics: Redshift, EMR, Kinesis, Glue, Athena, RDS, DynamoDB, Sagemaker, etc.
* DevOps/Infrastructure: EC2, EBS, Lambda, S3, ECS, CloudFormation, Elastic Beanstalk, etc.
