    The Role:

    Unique opportunity to establish an engineering organization with the oversight to design, implement, and lead.

    As Director of Engineering, you'll work closely with our leadership team to build a world-class engineering group. You'll be a focused on attracting and developing engineering talent, but also staying hands-on in the technology to oversee the development of an outstanding product and customer experience.

    Your leadership will be instrumental in driving organizational change as we move the team to a more agile development framework that enables faster time to value across our product portfolio.


    * Mentor, develop, and retain top-notch engineering talent.
    * Create effective software development teams
    * Drive constant innovation through Architecture, Database, Engineering, and DevOps teams.
    * Collaborate closely with the executive team as well as cross-functional teams to deliver great products and solve problems as needed.
    * Support the product team and planning process to deliver great products and ensure all deadlines and needs of the business are being met.
    * Maintain and improve agile processes collaboratively with the teams, and enable new development techniques or methods to reduce complexity, promote quality, and increase velocity.
    * Help engineers grow in their career paths, learning new technologies, and tackling increasingly challenging projects.
    * Drive efficiency in your teams by eliminating blocks and focusing efforts on tooling, continuous integration/delivery, and maintainable automation testing.
    * Able to coordinate the development of cross-team features between engineering teams, product managers and our technical operations team.


    * Experience in software development management.
    * A background in object-oriented programming in a language such as Java, C#, Objective-C or C++.
    * Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML / XSLT, SQL, database design, message-oriented-middleware, caching, and systems integration.
    * Hands on experience resolving performance and scalability issues of SaaS-based applications.

    The Role Requirements:

    As Senior Director of Engineering you will be expected to have:

    * Previous management experience of multiple teams in multiple locations
    * Bachelor's degree, preferably master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
    * Strong background in Agile Scrum practices
    * Strong communication skills (verbal/written); comfortable speaking in front of people
    * Demonstrated experience working with teams in different countries and time zones
    * Demonstrated ability to collaborate
    * Experience building teams and hiring
    * Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality enterprise-grade b2b software services
    * Proven success recruiting, hiring and maintaining engineering teams
    * Proactive mindset, open to change
    * Willingness to travel to client locations (up to 25% travel)


    * Up to 130,000€ per annum depending on relevant experience
    * Up to 10% bonus annually based on personal and company performance

    As a company going from strength to strength, they are searching for an Account Manager who will be responsible for winning new business with the AWS sales team, as well as, building and maintaining the relationships of existing customers.

    The Role:

    As an Account Manager you will be able to develop, grow and own the AWS business within your dedicated AWS SMB sales POD. Your sales focus will be on new customer acquisition, Cost and Technical optimisation services, AWS professional service projects, scale AWS migrations and ongoing managed services into C level customer contacts.

    This role will give you the opportunity to articulate and present your go to market propositions and present solutions to C level contacts to new customers. The Account Manager would have direct face to face sales experience with credibility and gravitas to operate comfortably with senior level contacts particularly C-Level engagements.

    During the day-to-day as Account Manager you will be managing sales engagements, forecasting, customer queries and ensuring customers are maximising their investment in AWS.

    You will be reporting to our Commercial Director and take care of any additional responsibilities as directed by your Senior Manager.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    * 2 years IT Sales Experience at a re -seller or vendor preferred
    * Strong New Business Skills/Telesales with ability to develop accounts through continual engagement
    * A strong level of commercial awareness
    * Understanding of Cloud, ideally AWS
    * Strong presentation skills.

    Qualities Required:

    They are looking for a candidate who is tenacious, resilient and hardworking who has excellent written and oral communication skills.

    You must be engaging, bright and enthusiastic.

    Ideally you would have a strong telesales background.
