    Spanish speaking AWS Trainer, London, £40,000

    We provide training solutions to large enterprises, authorised training partners and technology companies around the world.

    Our training delivery team is seeking a driven Technical Instructor in the UK to deliver a variety of IT courses with a focus on the AWS Cloud.

    We're looking to speak with experienced or associate level Spanish speaking technical trainers who are looking to learn and specialise in the AWS cloud.

    OR

    Spanish speaking Associate level Engineers/Architects/Full stack developers who have a passion for training and also would like to learn and specialise in the AWS cloud.



    Once you've mastered the associate level courses, our internal accelerated learning program will support you in specializing in an area of your choice. Tracks include Data Analytics/ML, Networking/Security and DevOps.

    You will need to be an excellent communicator, well organised and have a passion to master complex topics and simplify them for others.

    You will have the opportunity to support a variety of internal research and development projects in the areas of video analytics, gamified interactive learning and content management systems.

    The time invested in the above activities will depend on personal interest and ability.

    At least 3+ years' experience in a training role, preferably technical training for related cloud technology products and services

    * 1+ years demonstrated understanding of Cloud environments
    * Must have excellent stand-up delivery and facilitation skills and strong "stage presence" that drive key learning outcomes
    * Excellent self study ability and a passion for learning
    * Ability to travel on a limited basis (less than 20%)
    * Excellent oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and writing skills

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Deliver AWS Associate level courses (Architecting, SysOps and Development)
    * Deliver Speciality courses in one of 3 professional tracks: Data Analytics/ML, Networking/Security, DevOps (Internal training will be provided)
    * Provide content and class feedback to drive improvements
    * Support research and development projects in the areas of video analytics, gamified interactive learning and content management systems.

    Skills & Qualifications

    *

    At least 3+ years' experience in a training role, preferably technical training for related cloud technology products and services

    In this role you'll be providing Solutions that have operational excellence built in as well as assisting in all aspects of the engagement lifecycle supporting the Pre Sales, Sales and Delivery functions of the business. You'll also be working closely with Data engineers and Data scientists, defining client's data pipelines and data lakes as well as understanding the needs and implementation of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning applications.



    Essential Experience:



    * Proven AWS design, implementation and support experience.
    * Excellent document production skills - design documents and architecture diagrams.
    * Ability to present work directly to clients.
    * Background in application development and experience in at least one high level programming language (ideally Java, Python or Node JS).
    * Strong Agile experience.



    In depth knowledge in:



    * AWS network services (AWS VPC, Subnetting, Security Groups, and Routing.
    * AWS core services (EC2, RDS, S3, and ElastiCache).
    * AWS serverless services (Lambda, API GW, SNS, SQS, and Dynamo DB).
    * Ability to create high quality Cloud Formation or Teraform scripts, proven ability to use the AWS CL and GIT/SVN.
    * Strong Unix and Bash knowledge.

    My client is a rapidly growing managed services provider based in central Scotland. They are an AWS partner, working with a diverse group of clients who expect the highest standards of service.

    Due to continued growth, we have an immediate vacancy for a Junior Cloud Systems Administrator to join their team, managing AWS based systems, assisting customers in migrating existing solutions to AWS and designing new AWS based architectures.

    They offer 3 days a week working from home when able to do so but is FULLY REMOTE currently.

    Responsibilities of the role include:
    Management of support ticket system
    Dealing with incidents and changes on a daily basis
    Provide first and second line support to customers
    Day to day management of customer servers
    Working directly with our customers on a daily basis.
    Providing excellent levels of customer service.
    Keeping up to date with AWS best practice and developments.

    You will need:
    Previous experience of managing Linux servers
    Command line configuration/troubleshooting knowledge
    Good problem solving skills
    Able to work on your own initiative and as a part of a team
    Excellent customer service skills

    Experience of the following would be highly desirable:
    AWS certifications, at associate level
    AWS CloudFormation
    Exposure to cloud based systems management
