    Als Jurist prüfen und bewerten Sie eigenverantwortlich englischsprachige Verträge mit unseren Geschäftspartnern (insb. aus dem Rechtskreis des Common Law). Gemeinsam mit Ihren Teamkollegen unterstützen und beraten Sie unsere Partnermanager und unsere Portfolio-Abteilung lösungsorientiert bei der Bewertung und Einordnung dieser Verträge und berück­sichtigen dabei auch betriebswirtschaftliche und praktische Aspekte.

    Ihre Aufgaben:
    Als Jurist prüfen und bewerten Sie eigenverantwortlich englischsprachige Verträge mit unseren Geschäftspartnern (insb. aus dem Rechtskreis des Common Law). Gemeinsam mit Ihren Teamkollegen unterstützen und beraten Sie unsere Partnermanager und unsere Portfolio-Abteilung lösungsorientiert bei der Bewertung und Einordnung dieser Verträge und berück­sichtigen dabei auch betriebswirtschaftliche und praktische Aspekte.

    * Sie helfen durch Erstellung und Anpassung von Verträgen, sowohl auf der Angebots- als auch der Nachfrageseite.
    * Sie beraten unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei juristischen Fragestellungen auch außer­halb von Vertragsverhandlungen und beim Etablieren von neuen Geschäftsfeldern
    * Sie unterstützen bei Geschäftsentscheidungen durch die Aufbereitung von Entschei­dungs­grundlagen für unsere Portfolioabteilung und unsere Geschäftsführung
    * Sie haben bei Ihrer Arbeit auch einen Blick auf die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Abläufe, machen Vorschläge und setzen Verbesserungen in Abstimmung mit den betei­ligten Kolleginnen und Kollegen gemeinsam um.

    * Profil:
    * AbgeschlossenesjuristischesStudium (Jura, Rechtswissenschaft)
    * Ausgeprägtes Rechtsverständnis sowie Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der Vertragsprüfung, Vertragsgestaltung und Vertragsverhandlung, wenn möglich auch im Common Law
    * Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in das Thema des Common Law sowie ein Auslandssemester im Rechtskreis Common Law sind wünschenswert
