    Role - Attribution SME - Data Analyst

    Location - Fully Remote

    Start Date - First week of September

    Rate - Market Rates

    Contract Length - 3 Months initially (View to extend long term)

    The role is Outside IR35



    Description:

    I'm looking for an experienced Attribution SME/Data Analyst with an extensive marketing & gaming background.

    Requirement:

    * Understand how to better attribute a sale to multiple touch points
    * Need someone in marketing, that client facing and work with that team and the existing technical team
    * Domo - BI Tool
    * Strong MMM
    * Know regulations around gaming

    The role is outside IR35 and Fully remote.

    Key Skills

    * Advanced Attribution Modelling

    Proficiency in building data-driven attribution models including multi-touch attribution (MTA).
    Experience with statistical modelling and machine learning techniques to improve attribution accuracy.

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4), R, Python, and other data analysis platforms like SQL, or Looker.

    * Data Engineering and Integration

    Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
    Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Redshift, and Azure Databricks for data migration and integration. SQL, AWS, and Redshift

    * Web and Server-Side Analytics

    Deep knowledge of web analytics and server-side tracking to ensure accurate data collection.
    Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), and server-side tagging solutions.

    * Customer Journey Analysis

    Understanding of customer journey mapping and how different touchpoints contribute to conversions.
    Ability to identify gaps in the customer journey and recommend improvements for more comprehensive analysis.

    Role Overview: We are excited to announce a newly created role for a Business Process Lead to join our team. This position is integral to our scaled agile framework, focusing on consolidating and optimizing software engineering processes across 10-11 teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Process Consolidation: Baseline all software engineering processes through workshops and engagements with scrum masters.
