Senior Engineering Manager

What You'll Do

-Lead, mentor, and support a cross‑functional engineering squad during a critical delivery phase.
-Oversee technical decisions across AWS-based systems and ensure best practices.
-Collaborate closely with Product and cross‑functional leaders to deliver scalable, secure, high‑availability solutions.
-Provide structure, direction, and leadership to improve velocity, quality, and team alignment.
-Strengthen engineering processes, including CI/CD automation, observability, and modern DevOps practices.
-Contribute to long‑term architectural strategy while delivering immediate value.

What We're Looking For

-Proven background as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead in modern cloud environments.
-Strong hands‑on AWS understanding and cloud architecture experience.
-Track record of leading, motivating, and scaling engineering teams.
-Comfortable delivering quickly in a contract/consulting-style engagement.
-Excellent communicator able to provide clarity and leadership from day one.

Tech Requirements:

-AWS (ECS, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation/Terraform)
-Microservices & distributed systems
-Modern languages: Python, Java, TypeScript
-CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, etc.)
-Kubernetes (bonus)
