Senior Full Stack AI Engineer - SaaS - Stockholm

Our client, an industry-leading SaaS company at the forefront of cloud-based Component Content Management Systems, is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to join their growing team. You'll be playing a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in building a brand-new AI function from the ground up, helping to transform a globally recognised platform used by major enterprises across industries.

Their AWS-hosted platform empowers distributed teams to create, manage, and publish complex technical documentation in real time.

Responsibilities:

* Architect and implement AI infrastructure and work-flows from scratch.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to drive AI adoption.
* Build and integrate Gen AI tools into the core product.
* Contribute to the long-term AI strategy and help shape future hires.
* Mentor junior engineers (no formal line management responsibilities).

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in AI/GenAI product integration.
* Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and cloud-native development (especially AWS).
* End-to-end understanding of the AI lifecycle from experimentation to deployment at scale.
* Strong communicator and team player with a collaborative mindset.
* Comfortable working across multiple backend languages and microservices.

* Languages: Node.js/TypeScript, Go, Python, PHP
* AI & Infra: LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, AWS Bedrock, IaC
* Cloud: AWS
