Shape UX/UI Excellence as Our Senior Front-End Developer

Location: Hybrid arrangement in Trondheim (three days onsite per week, with flexibility for remote work)



We are seeking an accomplished Senior / Lead Front-End Developer with strong technical expertise and a refined sense of design. This role offers the opportunity to influence front-end strategy, enhance user experience, and guide best practices within a collaborative and innovative environment.



Key Responsibilities

* Lead front-end development initiatives using Vue.js
* Define and implement UX/UI vision and design systems
* Engage in hands-on prototyping and design using Figma
* Contribute to the ongoing redesign and rebuild of CORE (currently 30% complete)
* Participate in greenfield projects and new application development
* Collaborate with backend teams utilising Azure, SQL, and PostgreSQL
* Explore AI tools to optimise development workflows
* (Bonus) Experience with API integration



Candidate Profile

* Proven experience in modern front-end development (Vue preferred)
* Strong proficiency in Figma and a keen eye for intuitive design
* Ability to lead projects and mentor team members
* Effective collaboration across design, backend, and product teams
* Bonus: Familiarity with API development
