AI & Automation Lead

Tenth Revolution Group is partnering with a leading Australian organisation in the assistive technology space to appoint an AI & Automation Lead to drive the delivery and adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the business.

This role focuses on turning business opportunities into practical automation and AI outcomes that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and deliver measurable value.

You'll work across business and technology teams to identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and ensure solutions are delivered and adopted successfully.



Key Responsibilities

* Identify and prioritise AI and automation opportunities across the business
* Lead initiatives from concept through to delivery and adoption
* Translate business problems into practical, deliverable solutions
* Manage a structured delivery pipeline aligned to business priorities
* Define success measures and track business impact of initiatives
* Facilitate workshops, demos and stakeholder engagement sessions
* Coordinate delivery with technical teams and vendors
* Ensure solutions are adopted, stable and delivering value
* Work within governance, architecture and security frameworks
* Manage risks, dependencies and delivery sequencing

About You

*
* Experience working with AI, workflow automation or low-code platforms
* Background delivering digital, automation or transformation initiatives
* Strong ability to translate business problems into practical outcomes
* Understanding of ERP, CRM, integration or data platforms
* Focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement

Bonus points:

* Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot or Fabric experience
* Exposure to AI tools, agents or automation frameworks
* Experience in large-scale ERP environments
* Background in transformation, product or continuous improvement roles
