As a Presales Solution Architect you will shape the future of software solutions and bridge the gap between technology and social selling, leveraging your expertise to guide our customers through the onboarding process.

Job description
Our client is looking for a Presales Architect to join our team. In this crucial role, you will create and maintain strong customer relationships.

You will be:

* Guiding clients in implementing and personalizing our software to fit the customers' specific requirements
* Leading customer success during onboarding and also taking over the training of our client's platform
* Serving as the first POC for technical queries from clients
* You will be presenting demos while also giving trainings and providing insight in technical aspects on our clients' software
* Assisting in pre-sales processes by providing technical expertise during discussions, and proposals

Job requirements

* Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Proficient Dutch skills
* 4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
* Technical expertise in databases, data warehouses, data lakes, (private) cloud, on-premise solutions, and data catalogs
* Interested in AI, and Software Development
* Knowledge of container tools (Docker and Kubernetes)
* Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience in project management and client guidance
* Customer-focused approach with the ability to build relationships
* A proactive personality who always seeks to enhance customer success
