Tenth Revolution Group is partnering with a global technology services organisation to hire a Strategic Resourcing Account Executive focused on delivering high-impact contingent workforce solutions into enterprise clients.
This is a senior, customer-facing sales role for someone who understands how to position contract talent, workforce solutions, and delivery models into complex environments.
The Opportunity
You'll operate as a frontline sales professional, responsible for opening doors, building relationships, and driving revenue through strategic workforce solutions.
Working closely with internal delivery, consulting and services teams, you'll shape solutions that align to client needs - from contractor augmentation through to outcome-based engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across enterprise clients
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts
* Drive revenue growth through contingent workforce and resourcing solutions
* Engage with senior stakeholders to understand hiring and delivery challenges
Account Strategy & Growth
* Develop and execute strategic account plans
* Identify opportunities for workforce transformation and scalable delivery models
* Position tailored solutions aligned to client objectives
* Maintain oversight of key accounts to ensure long-term value delivery
Consultative Selling
* Shape solutions across contract, time & materials and outcome-based models
* Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers
* Present compelling, value-led proposals to clients
* Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and deal closure
Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
* Work closely with internal teams across consulting, services and delivery
* Ensure clear alignment between sales commitments and delivery capability
* Support successful onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
About You
You're a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in contingent workforce, recruitment or workforce solutions, and experience operating in enterprise environments.
Experience & Background
* Proven experience selling contract / contingent workforce solutions
* Strong track record working with large enterprise clients
* Experience shaping and selling SoW, T&M and contractor-based engagements
* Background in recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions environments
* Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Skills & Attributes
* Strong commercial acumen and revenue focus
* Ability to build and grow long-term client relationships
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* High level of emotional intelligence and stakeholder awareness
