Jefferson Frank is seeking both 360 Mid-Level, Senior and Principle Recruitment Consultants to join our AWS Big Data/Data Science contract desk.

You will be joining a fast-paced, fun environment, with frequent job flow from management across numerous different industries.

We are currently exceptionally busy and moving through exponential growth, with ambitious plans throughout 2021. With this in mind, we require self-starters, ambitious individuals, with a sales driven mindset and a strong desire to climb the sales ladder.



Role & Responsibilities

* Identifying candidates within the AWS Big Data/Data Science & Analytics marketplace
* Business Development: on-boarding new clients, negotiating terms of business
* Market mapping: building relevant hotlists of both immediately available candidates and/or pipelined talent
* LinkedIn: utilising all search functions to identify both live candidates, job opportunities and future clients
* Headhunting: working on confidential mandates, for which the utmost discretion must be held
* 360: Interviewing candidates via video/phone and ensuring they are managed throughout the recruitment life-cycle. This includes aftercare and on-boarding,

The role is primarily based from Jersey/Guernsey due to client growth in those regions. They will help with relocation financially and can help give advice if you were successful. The role would initially be remote officially moving over in a few months as restrictions lift.

I'm looking for a highly experienced, Technical Pre-Sales Director, someone with a deep technical knowledge (SME) in AML/FinCrime. The ideal candidate will have experience in an AI Software house in a pre-sales role. You will expected to hold demo's and have a deep technical understanding of AI FinCrime products.

Taking a customer centric approach to solution sales you will be responsible for removing any technical barriers to the sale. You will approach sales pursuits with structure and rigor to ensure the customer needs are met. You will navigate the complex, sliding scale of client required evaluations from demonstrations to proofs of concept and value and work closely with other stakeholder teams to ensure new business is won frequently and repeatedly.

The immediate focus is on Financial Crime (Anti Money Laundering, Fraud, Cyber and Surveillance) and Growth and Profitability (Credit Risk, Liquidity and Customer Insights).

Required Skills:
* Minimum of 5-10 years financial services in fin-crimes experience
* Proven and demonstrable track record supporting the winning of new business for disruptive data analytics based solutions companies in the financial service market
* Deep domain knowledge in financial services across AML, Fraud, and Surveillance or Credit Risk, Bank Profitability and Liquidity
