Security Architect - Job Specification
Our client is seeking a skilled Security Architect to join their Innovation Services team. As a Security Innovation Architect, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering advanced technical solutions, with a specific focus on industry Security practices and technologies. Your expertise will contribute to expanding our reach in the growing market of security solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and explore new and innovative solutions and service offerings, such as automated incident management, problem remediation, and release validation using cutting-edge cloud practices and technologies.
* Create and support technical solutions for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide technical training and enablement for internal employees, customers, and partner delivery resources to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
* Support pre-sales efforts by delivering technical deep-dive sessions and conducting automation use-case demos for potential customers.
* Actively promote our Innovation practice, service offerings, and customer success stories through events and social media channels.
* Collaborate with our R&D team by providing valuable feedback on early-adaptor and pre-release software based on your industry experience.
Requirements:
* Technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or relevant work experience.
* 5+ years of experience as a consultant or architect in highly technical, agile teams.
* Proficiency in modern deployment automation tools, scripting, and methodologies.
* Familiarity with enterprise software sales processes is preferred.
* Working knowledge of modern IaaS, PaaS, container, and Serverless cloud technologies.
* Experience with cloud-native application development.
* Prior experience within a Security practice of an organisation.
* Familiarity with Security Analytics (SIEM) solutions and practices.
* Knowledge of Security Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR) solutions and practices.
