Senior Full stack Engineer for iGaming start-up in Stockholm

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a backend focus to join a growing team building one of the most innovative Web3 products in the iGaming sector. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys architecting scalable systems, working with high-volume data, and shaping a platform used by operators around the world.
About the Company
We are a technology company creating a fully white-label Web3 casino platform for the iGaming industry. Our product allows creators, influencers and businesses to design, launch and scale their own online casinos without writing any code. The platform is fully licensed, compliant and optimised for real-money transactions from day one, giving operators a seamless way to monetise their audience.
Built on blockchain, the platform provides full on-chain transparency across bets, wins, deposits, withdrawals and incentives. Additional features include automated rewards, built-in affiliate tools, performance optimisation and advanced retention systems.
We partner with leading game developers and aggregators to integrate a broad portfolio of Web2 and Web3 titles, and our liquidity solution allows winnings to be covered by investor-backed bankrolls.
With strong customer traction, a unique product and backing from a major investment partner, we are scaling rapidly and building an in-house engineering team to support significant growth.
Your Role
* As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Focus), you will:
* Architect and build scalable, high-performance applications using our core tech stack
* Collaborate closely with product and design teams to develop features that support operator and player growth
* Make key decisions around infrastructure, security and long-term maintainability
* Contribute to the evolution of the platform as we scale to support more customers, higher traffic and greater technical complexity
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering
* Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js and modern web frameworks
* Deep knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architecture
* Solid PostgreSQL experience, especially optimisation at scale and working with large datasets
* Experience working in high-traffic, high-availability or payments environments
* Ownership mentality and comfort working across the full development lifecycle
* An interest in blockchain or Web3 is a bonus but not required
Nice to have:
* Background in blockchain, Web3 or on-chain systems
* Experience in game, iGaming or financial transaction platforms
* Contributions to architecture or technical leadership
* Experience operating in fast-growing product teams
