    A multinational Software company are recruiting for a Senior DevOps Engineer - the successful candidate will work closely with both development and operations teams, playing a key role in deploying, monitoring, and continuously improving infrastructure through automation and modern cloud technologies.



    Key Responsibilities:

    * Take full ownership of assigned services, ensuring ongoing availability, performance, and security
    * Design and implement scalable and secure cloud solutions, with a strong focus on automation
    * Promote and embed DevOps best practices, including CI/CD processes and principles
    * Lead the resolution of service incidents, including root cause analysis and stakeholder communication

    * Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota to support business-critical services

    Essential Skills & Experience:

    * Significant experience in a DevOps, SRE, Systems Administration or similar role (ideally 5+ years)
    * Proven hands-on experience with AWS (Kubernetes experience preferred)
    * Strong scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Bash)
    * Operating Systems: Windows, Linux &/or MacOS.
    * Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring tools



    Desirable:

    I'm working with a key client of ours here at TRG who are looking to grow out their Data & Analytics function. My client are globally renowned for being a leader within their relative field.     We're working up with a growing technology consultancy who specialise in Cyber Security, Data & AI within the public sector space.

    They've had a fantastic 18 months with lots of positive expansion and with this in mind they're looking for Lead Data Scientist to join their Public Sector team delivering to their enterprise clients.

    They'd like you to be the Data Science SME where you'll be responsible for leading e2e customer engagements in both a hands off and hands on capacity.

    The role itself has 2 main parts to it which are important:

    1. A commercial and consulting mindset - being able to explain how, what and why data is working in the way it's working to customers and them understanding your approach

    2. A Data Science Engineering skillset - Experience in areas such as Python, Azure, AWS, CI/CD, IaC, Deployments, Containerisation etc

    In order to be considered for this role, it'd be nice to have some of the following skills:

    * Experience working in a consulting, engineering or data industry
    * A range of skills covering Data Engineering, Data Security & Data Science
    * Experience working with cloud based infrastructure across Azure, AWS & GCP
    * Demonstrable examples of leading projects and mentoring people
    * Strong database experience (GraphQL, SQL, NoSQL & Elasticsearch for example)
