    * Ensuring coordination between engineering and analytical tasks
    * Improving platform performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting
    * Guiding team members on data optimization, code deployment, and query enhancement tasks

    Desired Skills & Qualifications

    * Professional expertise in developing backend systems, SQL, and data modeling
    * Hands-on coding skills and knowledge of database technologies such as Amazon Redshift and MongoDB Opensource
    * Proficiency in Python scripting and experience with ETL processes using Amazon Glue
    * Familiarity with building and optimizing Data Warehouse/Data Lake platforms like Amazon S3 and Amazon Lake Formation

    Job Title: Data Engineer

    Location: Remote within the US (Eastern Time Zone preferred)

    Salary: Up to $80,000 - $90,000 base, with a 401k match up to 4%



    Role Overview: We are seeking a Data Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in data management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL pipelines. This role involves building, maintaining, and improving our data infrastructure, as well as rearchitecting systems, shutting down old processes, and ensuring overall data cleanliness and streamlining.



    Role Requirements:

    * 1-2 years of experience in Data Engineering
    * Experience in setting up data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL pipelines
    * Proficiency with either Redshift or Snowflake
    * Familiarity with Glue or NiFi for data integration
    * Strong skills in Python coding
    * Experience with AWS Cloud services
    * Ability to work independently in a remote environment
    * Strong communication skills and ability cooperate with cross-functional teams



    Responsibilities:
