    Job description

    As a Cloud Engineer, you will develop, implement, optimize, and maintain my clients SaaS product. You will be responsible for deploying and debugging cloud stacks, building the core product in the cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the security of the cloud infrastructure.

    They are looking for individuals who would not only help to develop and operate the SaaS services, but automate the workflows for repeatable and seamless operation.

    This is a fully remote full time position.



    Responsibilities:

    * Collaborating with engineering and development teams to develop their SaaS product.
    * Supporting the infrastructure and application for the SaaS offering.
    * Developing tools to help operate and enhance the infrastructure.
    * Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
    * Developing SaaS product in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
    * Reviewing current setup and providing recommendations for improvements.

    Requirements:

    * At least 3 years of knowledge in working with Cloud services.
    * Expert knowledge of AWS is required. Experience with other cloud providers such as GCP, Azure will be considered.
    * Experience with Cloud services such as AWS EC2, EKS, Route53, VPC etc is a plus.
    * Experience with infrastructure as code tool such as Pulumi, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
    * Working knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
    * Expert level experience with programming languages and scripting languages such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Shell Scripts, GoLang, etc.
    * Experience with CI/CD pipeline such as Gitlab, Jenkins, etc.
    * Passion for designing, building and managing resilient applications and infrastructure at scale.
    * Experience with Elastic Search, Kafka is a plus.
    * Experience with various Linux based operating systems.

    DevOps Team Lead @ AWS Technology Partner (fully-remote)

    A growing AWS Technology Partner we're working with is looking to hire a Director or DevOps or DevOps Team Lead, and multiple DevOps Engineers/SREs to build out their infrastructure/engineering team.

    What You'll Do:

    * Implement DevOps infrastructure projects in various Cloud environments (AWS and hybrid cloud)
    * Maintain and deploy secure automation solutions for testing, and production environments
    * Maintain and deploy automation, monitoring, and analysis solutions of dev, test and production environments
    * Manage the continuous integration and delivery pipeline to maximize efficiency
    * Implement industry best practices for system hardening and configuration management
    * Secure, scale, and manage Kubernetes clusters

    Requirements/What You will Need:

    * Certified Kubernetes Administrator is a major plus
    * Certified AWS SysOps Administrator and/or AWS DevOps Engineer is a major plus
    * You have Strong Automation tools experience (Github, Helm, Argo CD, Jenkins) and leveraging them for GitOps pipelines and high-frequency continuous deployment
    * Experience running multiple Kubernetes clusters for a product at scale in a multi-tenant architecture
    * Experience deploying, upgrading, monitoring on-prem and cloud Kubernetes clusters
    * Strong knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals: from ingress to storage
    * Understanding of system administration in Linux environments
    * Leverage scripting (Python, Ruby, Perl, BASH, etc.) to build tools when necessary.
    * Hands-on leading CI/CD pipeline development using Terraform, CloudFormation or similar frameworks.
    * Experience delivering real-time distributed computing systems, preferably SaaS in a micro-service and/or serverless (e.g., Lambda) architecture.

    My client an established starup within the Cyber Security space are looking for a Data Plane Developer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a REMOTE position. As a Data Plane Developer you will be working on the most challenging portion of our technology stack.

    This piece of technology sits in front of many Fortune-500/Global-2000 companies' websites and protects their Web, Mobile and API applications from a variety of threats. This data plane processes over 2 billion API calls daily with high availability and minimum latency, both in their customers' environments and their SaaS deployments.



    You will be part of the team that is working on an aggressive roadmap to improve their efficacy and looking to integrate into modern deployments of applications and APIs.



    Responsibilities



    * Design and develop data plane components using C++, Golang and Python as programming languages.
