    Position Overview:
    As a Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless, and associated technologies. You will drive configuration policies and compliance, ensuring that our network infrastructure meets the highest standards of performance and security. In addition, you will stay abreast of current trends in network design and provide strategic advice to management on implementing enhancements. This role will require a strong focus on network security, including patch management, access control, and vulnerability mitigation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Design, implement, and support LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless, and associated technologies
    * Ensure compliance with network configuration policies and standards
    * Stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic guidance to management
    * Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance
    * Assist in remediation of network security incidents and vulnerabilities
    * Collaborate with IT colleagues to research and implement solutions
    * Participate in audit processes to ensure regulatory compliance



    Qualifications:

    * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
    * 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on security practices preferred
    * Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware
    * Expertise in WAN/LAN switching and routing architecture, VOIP architecture, and networking protocols
    * Experience with network diagnostic tools and equipment
    * Familiarity with cloud networking (public and private) is a plus
    * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    * Relevant certifications such as CCT, CCDA, CCNP, CISSP, CCENT, and Network+ are advantageous
