    We are seeking a Junior Developer with a strong foundation in Digital Analytics and JavaScript to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating insightful reports and dashboards, analyzing data trends, and ensuring compliance with cookie consent regulations. You will work closely with internal teams, providing training on best practices for data analytics and cookie compliance, while monitoring and updating our organization's cookie policies in line with current privacy laws.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Generate actionable reports and dashboards, focusing on cookie consent statistics and implications.
    * Analyze data to uncover trends and patterns, considering the impact of cookie consent on data availability.
    * Develop and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
    * Provide training and guidance to internal teams on data analytics and cookie compliance.
    * Monitor and maintain cookie consent tracking systems, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that require data analysis and compliance with cookie laws.

    Requirements:

    * Studies in Informatics, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
    * 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
    * Strong skills in JavaScript and Digital Analytics.
    * Familiarity with permission marketing, data privacy regulations, and agile methodologies.
    * Experience with Tag Management Tools (Tealium), BI Tools (Datorama), and Consent Management Tools (OneTrust) is a plus.
    * Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

    Job description

    Role & Responsibilities:

    * Capture demand, consult teams, and help them integrate the right DevSecOps approach with practical tools.
    * Optimize tools according to specific needs.
    * Work in a global team.
    * Create and provide training in DevSecOps.
    * Integrate solutions such as DAST and container scanning into processes, including pipeline integration.
    * Establish and maintain deeper GRC process integration (Archer).
    * Create and customize projects and pipelines in Azure DevOps.
    * Integrate additional applications into Azure DevOps (Sonarqube, Microfocus Fortify, Artifactory).

    Skills & Qualifications:

    * Professional experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics; certifications are beneficial.
    * Experience in agile ways of working and agile implementation approaches.
    * Deep knowledge in agile methodologies and DevSecOps.
    * Certification in Scrum or alternative agile methodologies.
    * Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps, integration of additional applications into Azure DevOps, Sonarqube, CI/CD tools, and SAST/DAST container scanning.
    * Ability to work in a self-organized manner.
    * Willingness for self-development in additional applications in the BASF DevSecOps area.
    * Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
