Based in the vibrant city of Tampa, Florida, our client is seeking a visionary leader to join their team as a VP Enterprise Operations.     Position Overview: As the VP Enterprise Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day management of our client's enterprise operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organization and shape the future of enterprise operations in the Credit Union sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize enterprise operations and drive business growth.
    * Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    * Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes.
    * Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with overall business objectives and priorities.
    * Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management for enterprise operations.
    * Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    * Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, streamline workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
    * Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and regulatory agencies.

    Required Skills:

    * Proven leadership experience in enterprise operations, preferably within the financial services industry.
    * Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others at all levels of the organization.
    * Solid understanding of operational best practices, process optimization, and performance management.
    * Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
    * Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
    * Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.


    * Competitive salary of USD 170,000 per year.
