Our Global Financial Fintech is looking for a Java Lead to oversee their brand new project. They are looking for technical and people leadership experience for you will be the point of contact for your team and project decisions. This role is still hands on as well as managerial as you will be expected to participate in Engineering tasks such as coding and building automation tests. Technical Experience (Not all Essential)-

* Architecture experience with event-sourcing (Kafka)
* Proven track record of technical delivery ownership of Java and Spring.
* Experience of working in a high-volume FinTech business is a bonus.
* Track record of driving the highest level of engineering standards in previous Lead/Senior roles with architecture, coding, processes and working practices.

Additional Role Details -

* Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Scrum Masters to align team focus and project development.
* Communicate technical vision, roadmapping and idea in regular presentations to all team members, the VP, Engineering / HoE and CTO.
* Helpreach agreement within the team on solutions for complex challenges.
* Assist the VP with performance reviews and responsible for personal
development. This will be done through regular meetings with team members.
* Hire and retain top engineering professionals for your team moving forward.

A global Fintech client of ours is looking for a Senior QA Automation Tester for a brand new project within their global hub. Work as part of an Agile multi-disciplinary team, designing and building automation to test non-functional requirements. Reporting to a Head of Quality, you will work closely overseeing a squad of engineers to deliver market-changing features on our money transfer platform.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate automation engineer who can deliver a scalable and secure experience for their global customer base and wants to develop their skills at a senior level!

* Good English ability.

You will also help set the future architecture and technology stack. Your opinion will be heard and you can make a real impact and learn a lot.

Your skillset

You should have:

* 5+ years Development experience
* Strong experience with Java (preferably with Spring Boot)
* Frontend experience with JavaScript (Preferably with Angular5)
* Knowledge of Cloud (ideally with AWS)

It's a bonus if you have:

* Experience with DevOps - Continuous Delivery
* Infrastructure (Docker, ECS, TerraForm or Ansible)
* Security architecture (OWASP, encryption etc.)

You like to work in a highly independent cross-functional team with a never-ending drive to deliver great software with special focus on performance, maintainability and usability.
