    We are currently recruiting for a AWS Senior Cloud Engineer for our UK based client who are world leaders in their technology.

    Project Outline:

    As an AWS Cloud Engineer you will have experience of public cloud architectures and migration strategies, as well as a good understanding of the different factors that influence or inhibit Cloud adoption - and will be able to guide clients to make the right choices.

    Role Responsibility:

    * Contribute specialist Cloud and Infrastructure Architecture knowledge and experience, specifically around Public Cloud Architectures.
    * Deliver client engagements, designing and costing Cloud Architectures and migration projects.
    * Work as part of CGI teams, or embedded in client teams, transferring your knowledge to colleagues or clients as required.
    * Have a strong desire and ability to pick up and learn new tools quickly and keep your knowledge current.
    * Lead the design and/or deployment of cost effective Cloud solutions for either stand-alone engagements or as part of larger programme.
    * Write and communicate proposals at a senior level, setting and managing stakeholder expectations.

    Must Haves:

    * AWS certifications, highly desirable.
    * Understanding of other public clouds such as Azure and GCP.
    * Experience of scripting languages such as Python and NodeJS.
    * Experience designing and deploying solutions using RedHat OpenShift.

    IAM ANALYST - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - MARKET RATE - IMMEDIATE START - REMOTE

    Project Outline:

    - Administration of Identity Services including Google Cloud Identity, Active Directory
    - Implementation and continuous to improve our Identity strategy and policy in line
    with changing technologies and security guidelines
    - Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, systems
    access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions
    - Design, implement and maintain procedures and controls to ensure audit and privacy
    compliance, where appropriate challenge and improve security and technology
    policies
    - Drive continuous improvement of user access controls, especially for access
    governance, role-based access and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    - Provide oversight and SME input to the design, build, implementation of technology
    tools that support the Identity & Access Management strategy, objectives and
    operational requirements.
    - Work closely with technology team, Information Security and service owners to
    support integration, operational management and roadmap development of all IAM
    services
    - Support information security, compliance, legal and privacy functions to drive culture
    and behaviour change and provide assurance on effective and secure IAM operations
    - Mentor and train junior team members in the development, implementation, review,
    and testing of IAM processes, controls and tools
    - Identification of strategic opportunities for improvement of Identity management
    based on industry trends, best practices and business needs

    Required Skills and Experience:

    - +3 years experience working in IT and IAM
    - Experience in IT service delivery, operational delivery of IAM function
    - Expert knowledge with identity and access management (IAM) protocols such as
    SSO/SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM and 2-step verification.
    - Expert knowledge with IAM and PAM technologies, processes and controls
    - Expert knowledge of identity management systems including Active Directory and
    Google Cloud Identity
    - Working knowledge of information security and privacy framework e.g. NIST,
    ISO27000 series, GDPR
    - Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies,
    methodologies and solutions
    - Strong problem solving skills
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and
    impact others and drive changes effectively in appropriate styles at all levels

    Desirable Skills:

    Description:

    The Lead AWS Data Engineer is somebody with 5+ years of building data products on AWS, 10+ years of combined data product and developer experience and 3+ years of leading a small engineering team. A Computer Science (or equivalent) university degree. This person should have a software development or Management Information Systems background (e.g SQL).

    Key skills:
    - Experience leading a small engineering team in AWS Data platforms (any related certifications is good to have)
    - Experience in leading small engineering teams in agile delivery frameworks: stand-ups, sprint planning, story decomposition
    - Experience building data platforms on the Amazon Web services cloud platform
    - Experience working with a range of data services on the AWS platform, for example Redshift, S3, EMR, Kinesis, Glue, Lake Formation
    - Working knowledge of data pipelines and data transformation processes
    - Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
    - Experience creating and/or maintaining production software delivery pipelines using common CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GoCD, CircleCI)
    - Demonstrable experience in automating operations tasks with one or more scripting languages
    - Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
    - Excellent communicator and good team player
