Zakres odpowiedzialności

*

Utrzymanie i rozwój środowiska WEBCON BPS oraz systemów CRM, w tym konfiguracja i bieżące usprawnienia.
*

Przyjmowanie, analiza i koordynacja zgłoszeń użytkowników z uwzględnieniem priorytetów.
*

Nadawanie oraz kontrola ról i dostępów w systemach.
*

Współpraca z biznesem w zakresie identyfikacji potrzeb i rekomendowania nowych funkcjonalności.
*

Realizacja testów funkcjonalnych oraz testów integracji pomiędzy systemami.
*

Kontakt z producentami i partnerami technologicznymi w celu rozwiązywania problemów i realizacji zmian.
*

Opracowywanie i aktualizacja dokumentacji technicznej, procesowej oraz opisów konfiguracji.





Wymagania

*

Doświadczenie w administracji systemem WEBCON BPS lub innym narzędziem klasy BPMS.
*

Umiejętność mapowania procesów biznesowych oraz przekładania ich na wymagania systemowe.
*

Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację (min. B1).



Dodatkowym atutem będzie

*

Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami analitycznymi i raportowymi (np. Power BI).
*

Znajomość systemów CRM, takich jak Salesforce.
