Job description

Job Title: Automation Specialist

Duration: 1 month full time followed by 10-15hr weekly (Ideal for supplemental work for consultants and contractors)

Location: Remote

Skills and Requirements:

Experience working with Unitronics

Experience with industrial automation/PLC

Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and juggling priorities is a must

Proven ability to carry on projects from start to finish independently is crucial

Nice to haves:

Familiar with cGxP regulatory requirements for control equipment security and data handling (21CFR Part 11)

Hands-on experience with microcontrollers and microprocessor-based minicomputers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.)



Duties include:

Development of process control engineering solutions for PBI's high pressure process equipment platform.

Development of automation and control programs for Unitronics PLC/HMI platform deployed on current and future PBI process equipment offered to customers

Debug and improve equipment operation via optimized control programming

Write technical documentation pertaining to operation of control systems, including user manuals, service manuals, technical specifications and assist Marketing and Sales teams in answering technical questions related to process automation, performance, integration, and data handling capabilities of PBI equipment.

Support integration of PBI products with legacy process equipment on customer sites

Develop new and support/maintenance current microcontroller-based automation solutions used internally by PBI manufacturing team

Interact with Process and Equipment design Engineers to solve specific technical problems related to process automation and machine controls

Evaluate safety and functionality/risk/compliance associated with using PBI equipment

Support Manufacturing Department with programming, process and troubleshooting needs

Provide basic Controls training to Manufacturing and Engineering staff to improve machine performance expectations

As a Service Desk Specialist you will be working as part of the 24/7 global Operations Team, that partners closely with other Tech teams and business units with a special focus upon providing front-line real-time support for colleagues needing IT assistance.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Ensure the highest levels of customer experience in a collaborative environment with a keen focus on helping people resolve issues and problems as the first point of contact in Operations.
* You will spend time working with tickets that have been submitted to the Service Desk via multiple mediums. Some tickets you will work through to resolution, and some you will need to collaborate or escalate to other teams for assistance. You will act as liaison for our new employees helping to assist in setting up their laptops and accessories.
* Troubleshoot, or escalate issues as appropriate, in a timely manner while communicating clearly and proactively throughout the customer's experience until resolved.



Requirements:

* A background in a technical support environment
* A methodical and logical approach to problem solving
* Driven, self-starter without requiring close supervision
* Ability to adapt to change and learning quickly in a dynamic organisation.
* Ability to, occasionally, accommodate a non-traditional work schedule and remain flexible to meet the needs of executives
* A background with AV (Audio Visual)

I am currently looking for an experienced Content Designer to join our growing team on a 6 month contract. You'll write the UX copy, in-app engagements (using Gainsight PX), and product documentation (using MadCap Flare) for Accountancy products.

You'll work with amazing designers, engineering teams, and support colleagues to understand what users want and how you can improve their experience with great content. You'll use data to learn about users' behaviours and be comfortable taking some risks to deliver fast.

Key responsiblities

* Create, improve, and manage user-centred content using analytics, user feedback, and user research
* Use tools such as user stories, job stories, user journey mapping, and jobs to be done, to truly understand the end-to-end user journey
* Make sure that appropriate content is served to the user in the right place within the customer journey, and in the best format
* Be able to explain content decisions
* Build relationships across us to focus on the needs of the user and to influence stakeholders
* Design content to meet the users' needs, making complex financial, regulatory language and processes easy to follow
* Understand and implement content style and standards that align with the messaging framework

* 3 to 5 years' experience delivering content design projects on time

* Experience of creating contextual flows in digital adoption tools
* Experience of design thinking

Rédaction d'un cahier des charges et accompagnement au choix des solution ERP Finance
Reprise de données, qualité de données, qualification, conception des données.

Des connaissances en comptabilité général, finance, data IT, base de donnée oracle

Soft skills :
Savoir être, être diplomate et savoir s'exprimer, se repérer pour trouver des solutions, être motivé, et savoir résister à la pression d'un projet nouveau en pleine évolution seront des qualités appréciées.
