About You

We need an enthusiastic content developer in our Technical Documentation center-of-excellence. You will execute newly defined methods, standards, and practices to deliver accurate and compelling learning content. You'll be working with the technical writers to curate and deliver digital learning content, tutorial videos etc.



Duties and Responsibilities

* Create and publish digital learning content in a SCORM-compliant learning management system.

* Create and maintain video content.

* Work with the writers to curate content for training courses and other learning



Qualifications

* 6+ years content development or technical writing experience.

* Skilled in a broad range of standard content development and tech tools: learning management systems; SCORM; Confluence; image editing tools like Photoshop or SnagIt, video editing tools like Captivate.

* Strong video editing skills.

* Comfortable writing scripts and narrating content where necessary.

You will play a pivotal role in development of this world-leading IP, supporting the engineering teams with technical direction, planning and architecture in coordination with other disciplines and stakeholders to deliver a best in class game play experience.



* Working with the client teams to plan and review technical solutions to deliver a best in class game play experience
* Collaborating with the other disciplines, including artists, designers and server engineers, to design solutions, provide feedback and technical expertise and manage dependencies
* Working with production to define and prioritise work to ensure we make the best use of our resources
* Helping to shape best practices and processes and ensuring effective roll out among the teams
* Proactively communicating challenges, risks and requests to stakeholders
* Helping to grow the team technically and culturally through hiring and development

Your Skills

Required

* Professional experience leading, managing and developing large engineering teams
* A strong understanding of common game/software development tools including Unity and Git

* A broad knowledge base that allows for interaction and engagement on a range of topics including game play, graphics, networking, etc.

You will be working closely with other disciplines ensuring that the game and its features are tested to the highest level.



Your skills

Required

* Experience and understanding of Exploratory / Destructive Testing.
* Confidence to communicate effectively with teams.
* Able to identify, explain and record details accurately.
* Understanding of how to test and find defects in video games.
