Job description

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of developing and implementing growth marketing plans. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Product teams to enhance our product and drive revenue growth. This role will be responsible for overseeing key areas such as demand generation, sales, customer onboarding strategy, aligning sales strategies to increase brand and product awareness, performance marketing, and customer success/retention.



Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement growth marketing plans in collaboration with Product teams
* Drive demand generation and sales initiatives to achieve revenue growth targets
* Develop a customer onboarding strategy to enhance the overall customer experience
* Align sales strategies to increase brand and product awareness in marketplaces
* Oversee performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition
* Focus on customer success and retention initiatives to maintain and grow a loyal customer base
* Experience developing a two-sided marketplace (B2C and B2B)
* Write and develop integrated campaigns to promote the brand and product offerings
* Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of leads and conversions
* Utilize data analytics to drive campaigns and optimize customer success and retention efforts



Requirements:

* Proven experience in developing growth marketing plans and strategies
* Background in SAAS and business development

Requirements

* Expertise and experience developing across a full stack, including client/server interaction, databases, and CI/CD infrastructure.
* Deep understanding and experience with modern deployment and development infrastructure: CI/CD, unit and end-to-end testing, and cloud/enterprise deployment.
* Experience speaking with clients and giving presentations to prospects and clients.
