This is a unique opportunity to work with innovative clients, guiding teams to success through Agile best practices and strong project leadership.
These will be your tasks:
* Establish and facilitate agile methods in various teams
* Analyze technical and business issues and find good solutions
* Guide and motivate colleagues in the team to achieve common goals
* Customer dialogue with product owners and other stakeholders at the customer
* Be a driving force to ensure the highest possible value extraction for customers
* Ensure that safety and quality are maintained throughout the development process
This is what we want from you:
* You have experience from projects within modern software development, data analytics or low-code, and have good technical expertise.
* You are forward-thinking and curious about technology and trends and can be a driver of technical innovation both in the team and with customers.
* You communicate well, in both Norwegian and English, with others, and are concerned with real value creation.
* You have a relevant education at bachelor's or master's level
