Essential Experience

* Deep understanding of platforms such as Salesforce, Sitecore, Microsoft Dynamics, or SuccessFactors.
* Strong communication and influencing skills at executive level.
* Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is desirable but not essential.
Integration and iPaaS Expertise
* Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns and iPaaS platforms.
