We are growing the advisory team within data & analytics - and looking for you who want to help make a difference to organisations on their digital transformation journey!
As companies seek to become more data-driven, you will assist in designing innovative strategies & solutions to address some of their most complex issues
You will be tasked with bridging the gap between business and technology - encompassing the areas where strategy meets business development, processes, and technology
As part of a dedicated advisory team, you will work cross-functionally with technical teams to ensure the delivery of complete solutions
With a focus on data & analytics, you will help customers gain access to quality information, and turn this into actionable insights which create value
The role can be flexible depending on your experience and professional goals. There are opportunities to work hands-on in projects where you can learn new tools & technologies, as well as opportunities to deepen your domain knowledge in areas that interest you, or gain leadership & management experience if you wish to progress down this route
Some of your roles and responsibilities can include:
* Speak with customers to understand their requirements, define their needs, and identify opportunities for digitalisation
* Build relationships to ensure trust from customers and technical teams internally
* Advise customers on various solutions for optimisation
* Identify hidden opportunities within organisations data, and bring the potential to the forefront
* Formulate strategy and define processes
* Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across the business to ensure delivery of solutions
We are looking for you to bring some of the following skills and experiences:
* Strong academic background with higher education an IT or business related subject
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* A strong business understanding to gather requirements and formulate suggestions
* Good knowledge of business intelligence and data-driven processes, and the impact these can have on organisations
* A natural creativity and curiosity to explore solutions
