Jefferson Frank are working with a leading business that is paving the way in their industry at present. As part of their impressive growth plans they are seeking a Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst / Consultant to have an outside impact on the trajectory of the business that is growing at a considerable pace.

Role:

* Administration of Identity Services including Google Cloud Identity, Active Directory
* Implementation and continuous improvement to our Identity strategy and policy in line with changing technologies and security guidelines
* Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, systems access, accounts, authentication, authorisation, entitlements and permissions
* Design, implement and maintain procedures and controls to ensure audit and privacy compliance, where appropriate challenge and improve security and technology policies
* Drive continuous improvement of user access controls, especially for access governance, role-based access and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
* Provide oversight and SME input to the design, build, implementation of technology tools that support the Identity & Access Management strategy, objectives and operational requirements.
* Work closely with technology team, Information Security and service owners to support integration, operational management and roadmap development of all IAM services
* Support information security, compliance, legal and privacy functions to drive culture and behaviour change and provide assurance on effective and secure IAM operations
* Mentor and train junior team members in the development, implementation, review, and testing of IAM processes, controls and tools
* Identification of strategic opportunities for improvement of Identity management based on industry trends, best practices and business needs

Required skills & experience:

* +3 years experience working in IT and IAM
* Experience in IT service delivery, operational delivery of IAM function
* Expert knowledge with identity and access management (IAM) protocols such as SSO/SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM and 2-step verification
* Expert knowledge with IAM and PAM technologies, processes and controls
* Expert knowledge of identity management systems including Active Directory and Google Cloud Identity
* Working knowledge of information security and privacy framework e.g. NIST, ISO27000 series, GDPR
* Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions
* Strong problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and impact others and drive changes effectively in appropriate styles at all levels

Third Party Security Specialist / Lead - Contract - Market Rate

As part of their impressive growth plans they are seeking a Third Party Security Specialist / Lead to have an outside impact on the trajectory of the business that is growing at a considerable pace.

In this role you will be primarily responsible for managing the security risk of third parties. You will work directly with senior leaders across the organisation to assess the security risks of suppliers and devise practical solutions or make informed decisions about the identified risks.

The role:

* Embed and manage a scalable third party security risk management policy, taking into account business context and relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations
* Define the security requirements for suppliers proportional to the risk they present
* Assess the security risks of suppliers and advise the business on appropriate controls to mitigate them
* Perform periodic assurance reviews of supplier controls
* Track risks and remediation actions related to third party suppliers
* Respond to third party security questionnaires
* Support the security incident response team in the event of a supplier security incident
* Produce and deliver management reporting of third party security risks to relevant committees and stakeholders

Your profile:

* Significant experience in third party security risk management ideally in a fast paced business
* Previously defined processes and procedures for managing third party security risk
* Experience in deploying and using commercial third party risk management tools
* Experience in conducting supplier security reviews
* Comfortable interacting with different stakeholders across the business in both technical and non-technical roles
* Familiar with security standards such as ISO27001, NIST and SOC2

Preferred, but not mandatory:

* Relevant industry certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISA, CISSP
* Working experience with commercial tools for managing supplier security risk

Job description

SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST - CONTRACT - INSIDE IR35 - PART REMOTE - MARKET RATE.

What You'll Be Doing:

● Ensure the highest levels of customer experience in a collaborative environment with a keen focus on helping people resolve issues and problems as the first point of contact in Operations.

● You will spend time working with tickets that have been submitted to the Service Desk via multiple mediums (chat/phone/web/walk-ups). Some tickets you will work through to resolution, and some you will need to collaborate or escalate to other teams for assistance.

● Troubleshoot, or escalate issues as appropriate, in a timely manner while communicating clearly and proactively throughout the customer's experience until resolved.

● Be an advocate representing Deliveroo colleagues to ensure each receives the best possible IT experience.

● Accurately log/document all Service Desk issues and work efforts using our service management solution

● Follow internal asset and inventory management processes for both hardware and software

● Collaborate on company-wide initiatives and team projects

● Identify and research technical problems of varying complexity and follow through to resolution

● Likely participation in a rota of early starts / early finish and late starts/late finish as well as regular office hours. The initial aim is that collectively the team covers 07:00 - 19:00.
