Ensure effective communication and alignment between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
*

Maintain high-quality documentation and support knowledge transfer across the organisation.

About You

You'll be a technically minded Business Analyst with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for delivering business-focused technology solutions.

Essential Experience

*

3-5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
*

Experience working within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, operations, or similarly complex environments.
*

Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, databases, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
*

Proven experience producing business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
*

Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and requirements management practices.
*

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
*

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
*

Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office.

Desirable Experience

*

ERP, MIS, or other enterprise business systems experience.
*

SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
*

Lean, Six Sigma, or other business process improvement methodologies.
*

Cloud transformation, digital modernisation, or legacy system migration projects.
*

Experience with EDI, XML, JSON, middleware, or integration technologies.
*

Exposure to development environments and technologies such as .NET or C#.
*

Knowledge of production, warehouse management, fulfilment, or manufacturing systems.

What's on Offer?

*

A key role within a major business transformation programme.
*

The opportunity to influence strategic technology initiatives and business change.
*

Exposure to enterprise-scale platforms, systems, and digital projects.
*

A collaborative and supportive environment with significant stakeholder engagement.
*

Hybrid working with flexibility and a competitive benefits package.
