    MISSION DU POSTE : Effectuer une analyse technique et développer des solutions robustes en accord avec les spécifications fonctionnelles fournies par le Business Analyst ou le Chef de projet. Identifier et corriger les dysfonctionnements en support aux équipes de support.

    CADRE ET RELATIONS : Sous la supervision du Responsable du Pôle « Développement et Urbanisation ». Peut superviser des développeurs Talend juniors ou des développeurs externes. Interactions : Chefs de projet, Business Analysts, équipes projet, équipes support, partenaires externes du département informatique.


    * Analyser les besoins fonctionnels (estimation du travail, évaluation des impacts techniques, etc.) pour concevoir des solutions techniques adaptées aux besoins des utilisateurs.
    * Rédiger des spécifications techniques en accord avec les spécifications fonctionnelles.
    * Développer des programmes TALEND conformément aux spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques.
    * Documenter les programmes et réaliser des tests unitaires et d'intégration (avec les Business Analysts et/ou Key Users) pour optimiser le passage en production.
    * Participer aux phases de recette fonctionnelle et UAT, en apportant support et corrections.
    * Assurer la maintenance corrective et évolutive des applications TALEND dans le respect des normes de qualité, coûts et délais.

    1 COMPÉTENCES REQUISES : Maitrise de la programmation dans un environnement TALEND ETL, ESB. Connaissance des langages de programmation : idéalement Java, JavaScript, PHP. Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de bases de données : idéalement SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB. Connaissance des langages de modélisation : par exemple UML. Maitrise des outils d'intégration : GitLab. Connaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projet Agile Scrum. Connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation : Linux / Windows.

    Capacité à recueillir et traduire les besoins des Business Analysts, Chefs de projet ou clients finaux. Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel : écrit, lu et parlé.

    * Baseline and comprehensively document the software development processes across digital and data platform teams, establishing a solid foundation for process optimisation.

    Skills & Experience:

    * Proven track record in business analysis, organising workshops, data analysis, and process engineering within technical environments.
    * Proficiency in BPML, UML, Flow Diagrams, and tools like Confluence, PowerPoint, Lucidchart, and Visio.
    * Experience in designing and implementing surveys for process efficiency and productivity measurement.
    * Strong knowledge of e-commerce, microservices, CRM, and data lake architectures.

    Role Overview: We are excited to announce a newly created role for a Business Process Lead to join our team. This position is integral to our scaled agile framework, focusing on consolidating and optimizing software engineering processes across 10-11 teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Process Consolidation: Baseline all software engineering processes through workshops and engagements with scrum masters.
    * Workshop Management: Experience in running and driving workshops, documenting processes, and storing data effectively.
    * Process Optimization: Develop processes to enhance collaboration and developer productivity, using best practices and feedback.
    * Community of Practice: Establish and lead a community of practice, guiding team members, and setting KPIs to measure progress.
    * Documentation: Create training materials, design surveys, document maturity processes, and gather feedback to improve practices.

    Essential Qualifications:
