About the Role

Are you ready to lead the charge in modern data engineering? We're looking for a Senior Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer Consultant with 5+ years of experience to design and deliver cutting-edge cloud data platforms for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design and build of end-to-end data solutions in Microsoft Fabric.

* Develop robust data pipelines, notebooks, and data models using:

* Python, PySpark, SQL, Synapse, and Data Warehousing principles.

* Implement CI/CD processes with GitHub integration for lifecycle management.
* Ensure governance, security, and best practices across environments.
* Act as the primary technical contact for stakeholders, running workshops and guiding the team.
* Contribute to pre-sales and wider business opportunities where relevant.

Essential Skills

* 5+ years in Data Engineering, ideally within Azure ecosystems.
* Strong experience with:

* Python, Notebooks, Synapse, SQL, Data Warehousing.
* Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Pipelines, Warehouse) - deep knowledge preferred.

* Proven ability to implement CI/CD pipelines and GitHub integration.
* Excellent client-facing communication and ability to lead technical discussions.
* Appreciation of AI capabilities and emerging trends.

Desirable

* Experience in insurance or financial services.
* Familiarity with Power BI, DAX, and semantic modelling.
* Exposure to Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and deployment pipelines.

I'm seeking a skilled and motivated Azure Integration Consultant to join my Finnish customer on an initial 6-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based integration solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies. Role: SIAM Service Manager

Role Purpose:

Design and implement a robust service architecture across a multi-supplier , ensuring seamless integration of ITIL processes, ticket flows, and end-to-end SLAs. This role drives governance, service transition, and continual improvement while maintaining operational excellence.

The support scope will cover L3 and L4 resolver groups. L1 and L2 are out of scope.

* This role will develop architecture for L3 and L4 and define alignment with L1 and L2 managed by MoD.
* ITSM tool configuration is out of scope for the client
* SIAM will be owned by the client, and this role will operate within that framework.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Architecture & Design

* Define and implement service architecture for integrated services.
* Establish ITIL-aligned processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration, Request Fulfilment) using client standard ITIL documentation adapted for Deeams requirements.
* Design ticket flows across suppliers and ensure integration with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
* Set up end-to-end SLAs and OLAs, including reporting dashboards for performance tracking.

2. Service Transition

* Lead onboarding of new environments into support, including operational readiness checks, runbook creation, and supplier alignment workshops.
* Coordinate testing and acceptance for new or changed services.

3. Governance & Reporting

* Operate SIAM governance framework:

* Act as the central point of contact for service integration issues.
* Provide clear reporting to senior leadership on service health and improvement initiatives.
