Dynamics 365 CRM Support Engineer - Romania (Hybrid/Remote)

Join my client's Information Systems team as a Dynamics 365 CRM Support Engineer to support and improve their Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This role offers flexible hybrid or remote work options and opportunities to expand your skills with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) in an international, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

Provide support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM.

Manage CRM configuration and administration.
*

Handle tickets and ensure SLAs are met.
*

Collaborate with global teams and grow your Power Platform expertise.

What You Need:

*

Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM or other major CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
*

Background in IT support, helpdesk, or CRM admin.
*

Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English and Romanian.
*

Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLAs.
*

Based in Romania.

Bonus Skills:

*

Power Platform knowledge (Power Automate, Power Apps).
*

SQL/scripting basics.
*

CRM integrations experience.
*

Gaming industry experience.
*

Documentation and training skills.
