    A global Fintech client of ours is looking for a Senior QA Automation Tester for a brand new project within their global hub. Work as part of an Agile multi-disciplinary team, designing and building automation to test non-functional requirements. Reporting to a Head of Quality, you will work closely overseeing a squad of engineers to deliver market-changing features on our money transfer platform.

    This is a great opportunity for a passionate automation engineer who can deliver a scalable and secure experience for their global customer base and wants to develop their skills at a senior level!

    What they are looking for (however not all essential!)-

    * Good English ability.
    * Experiences of testing web, mobile and backend applications and services. Java or C# experience would be great. (Minimum 4 years experience ideally)
    * Experience in an Agile development environment with a focus on automated testing. (scrum, kanban methodologies).
    * Automation experience with selenium.
    * CI/CD Knowledge.
    * Exposure to Azure or AWS.

    As a devops engineer-

    * Complete test planning, automation, and execution in your assigned Software Development POD and DevOps team.

    Challenging work - what will you do?



    * Design and implement new Regulatory reporting software supporting all global regulatory initiatives. The Regulatory Reports are crucial to the firm fulfilling the requirement of external regulators.
    * Solve challenging big data problems. Ensure data correctness while processing of millions of rows a day.
    * Find the most effective ways to aggregate and present the data to end users. Become a data scientist.
    * Use Java/Spring/Spark/Scala technology stack to develop effective data processing services within data lake.
    * Build relationships with end users to understand the business and suggest improvements to existing tools and processes.
    * Gain a comprehensive understanding of financial instruments across multiple asset classes ranging from high volume FX trades to complex Commodities, Credit, Equities and Interest Rate derivatives.



    We are looking for candidates who have:



    * Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
    * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, mind-set of ownership and excellent follow-through
    * Programming skills in Java
    * Experience with SQL, relational data bases and query optimization

    The Entitlements Platform team is responsible for protecting the firm against the risks associated with both over-privilege and under-privilege and builds the required logical security controls which facilitate firm's mandatory adherence to regulatory and compliance policies.
