    Lead in the prioritisation of technology-related initiatives within the company both from a strategic and operational perspective aligning with group company goals.
    Oversee the management of a multi-disciplined team with a varied skill set including backend/frontend developers, QA, security and Dev Ops.
    Responsible for leading the growing teams across the central belt of Scotland (currently 15 resources).
    Responsible for coaching and retention of key hires.
    Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Product and the Product team in delivering industry-leading solutions.
    Research and development of new and emerging technologies.
    Contribute to team process improvement adhering to industry best practice and principles.
    Provide team members with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform the role to a high standard.
    Provide feedback/reporting to Management/Board of Directors on a regular and ad hoc basis.

    Senior Sales Engineer

    The Snr Sales Engineer is an important member of the sales team, identifying complex customer application security issues and resultant business challenges to drive the business' solutions that meet and exceed prospective and existing customer requirements. Working alongside the Regional Sales Manager, the FSE owns the technical relationship with the customer and will work with cross-functional teams to ensure total customer satisfaction. The FSE will lead customer engagements with pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, solution design and deployments. Extensive travel within the assigned region is required.

    Responsibilities

    * Participate in sales calls and prospect visits, providing technical expertise and business input to demonstrate value of the business' solutions to prospects and drive revenue.
    * Conduct product demonstrations, proof of value evaluations, post-sale installation and technical account management.
    * Gather technical requirements from prospective clients, architect the solution, and provide deployment guidance to meet the requirements.
    * Prepare evaluation test plans, statements of work, application analysis, and threat analysis reports customized to the customer to help them derive maximum value from the business' solutions.
    * Own, create, and present technical whitepapers, customer case studies and use case documentation, which clearly articulate the technical and commercial benefits of the business' solutions including the ROI impacts to customers and prospects.
    * Contribute to deployment guides, customer report templates, operation run books, best practices, competitive analysis, and feature enhancements.
    * Work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development and Partners to improve the product and build market and mind share.

    Technical Qualifications

    * BS/MS in CS or equivalent with 5+ years of sales engineering experience in network or application security, such as web application firewalls, cloud-based web security offerings, secure CDN, etc.
    * Prior working experience with L2-L7 networking including experience with security (firewalls, web application firewalls, etc.), switching, routing and application delivery products (load balancers, proxies, caches, etc.) is needed.
    * Must have experience working with Linux, and knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP and SSL.
    * Experience working with Docker and container orchestration tools is preferred (Kubernetes).
    * Excellent written & oral communication skills with strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills are required.
    * Relevant security certifications such as SANS, CISSP, etc. is a plus.

    They are on the look out for a Systems Tester to test newly developed and modified changes on their Systems which can include resolution of bugs, problems and incidents.

    Duties;

    * Analyse requirements, develop test plans, cases and scripts to test newly developed functionality or support fixes for systems and changes to operational systems; document the test cases and scripts and report on test success criteria.
    * Assisting with any functional queries that may arise from business users following releases.
    * Conduct User Acceptance Testing, Systems Testing, Performance Testing and other test phases appropriate to development.
    * Creation of regression test packs and introduce risk-based testing for quicker delivery without comprising on quality.
    * Develop and support the definition, management and execution of the systems test strategies and methodologies to be used to operate the tools and environments for the system testing.
    * Interacting with clients to understand change requirements.

    Essential:

    * ISTQB - Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL).

    * Ability to work within a team and individually on own initiative.
    * Commercial experience of preparing test documentation including test plans, test scripts, defect reports and progress updates.
    * Commercial software testing experience which should include web and mobile testing within an Agile environment.
    * High attention to detail with commitment to quality and thorough approach to work.
    * Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    * Proactive approach to own personal development.
    * Proven experience of working with daily releases and high output of development work.

    Desirable:

    * Experience of creating Functional / Non-functional automated tests (Selenium / Appium/ Katalon).
    * Experience of middle layer testing including the testing of API's (Insomnia / Postman / SoupUI / Rest Assured).
    * Good working knowledge and experience of Jira and Monday.com.
    * Knowledge of systems development methodologies especially Agile.

    * Partner with technical and business teams to enable their delivery of an interim customer, contact, and account data set solution within Sales Force.

    * Understanding of Master Data Management technology landscape, processes, and design principles
