    Role purpose

    The Account Manager will be responsible for new sales as well as nurturing and developing a portfolio of existing accounts.

    You will be based in our Novato, CA office and travel throughout your region.

    Skills and Experience

    We are looking for an exceptional sales leader who combines conceptual technical understanding with consultative selling experience. You will have a strong technical foundation. You will have strong credibility with senior technology executives, able to inspire confidence, understand their challenges and show how our software solution can simplify and accelerate their business.

    The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

    * Sales: 3-6 years of experience in selling complex, technical software solutions, ideally Identity Management, to large enterprises. You will have consistently exceeded your sales targets and be in the top few percent of your peers. You will be a creative deal-maker, able to build relationships fast, qualify early and close deals.
    * Hunting & farming: You will be happy in finding new opportunities, opening new doors and creating new relationships from scratch. You will have experience of working with a creative, passionate marketing team to optimize messaging and produce high quality leads. You will also have experience of account development, building on initial success to create long-lasting win-win relationships as a trusted partner and advisor.
    * Technology: You will have a strong understanding of software architectures, be able to analyze requirements and understand and explain concepts of middleware and data-driven system integration. You will be happy to dive into the technical details with your customers, inspiring confidence in the robustness and flexibility of our solution.
    * Communication and consultative skills: You will be an outstanding communicator, with a consultative style; you may have worked for a technology consultancy. You will be articulate and totally confident leading conversations with senior technology and business executives, understanding and distilling their challenges and deriving solutions. You will be an expert at producing written proposals and presentations and love being "on your feet" presenting to groups large and small.

    Working with an aspirational Microsoft Software Partner, we are seeking expressions of interest from candidates with Microsoft Alliance experience (Services and licensing). This organisation has an excellent opportunity to double their sales revenue over the coming 12-18 months with the right person supporting their journey.



    This is a pivotal role to help the business continue to grow from strength to strength. You will be responsible for helping the business be more aligned to Microsoft products, maximise existing opportunities and support with future elements to strengthen their market share.



    The role is primarily based from Jersey/Guernsey due to client growth in those regions. They will help with relocation financially and can help give advice if you were successful. The role would initially be remote officially moving over in a few months as restrictions lift.



    Key Responsibilities:



    - Build a close relationship with internal stakeholders and the sales function to maximise client utilisation

    - Drive the business strategies and partnerships to hit financial targets

    - Keep a close eye on product developments and Commercial opportunities
