    Description du poste : Le Tech Lead en Data Engineering est un professionnel chevronné possédant plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la gestion d'équipes techniques et du développement de solutions de Data Engineering. Ce rôle exige des compétences techniques avancées en ingénierie des données, une solide expérience en gestion d'équipes réparties géographiquement (Paris, Tunisie, Inde), ainsi qu'une capacité à piloter des projets complexes.

    Responsabilités :

    1 Gestion d'équipe : Superviser une équipe de Data Engineers répartis sur différents sites (Paris, Tunisie, Inde), en veillant à ce que les objectifs et les délais soient respectés. Encourager le développement professionnel de l'équipe.
    2 Architecture de données : Concevoir et développer des architectures de données robustes et évolutives en utilisant les technologies et les outils appropriés.
    3 Développement de solutions : Participer activement au développement de solutions de Data Engineering, en collaborant avec l'équipe pour résoudre des problèmes complexes et en garantissant la qualité des livrables.
    4 Collaboration internationale : Coordonner efficacement le travail entre les équipes situées à Paris, Tunisie et Inde, en tenant compte des décalages horaires et des différences culturelles.
    5 Gestion de projet : Planifier, suivre et rapporter sur l'avancement des projets, en garantissant la livraison en temps et en heure des livrables.
    6 Veille technologique : Rester à jour avec les dernières avancées technologiques dans le domaine de la Data Engineering et identifier les opportunités d'innovation.

    Exigences :

    * Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Data Engineer, avec une expérience avérée en gestion d'équipes techniques.
    * Solide expertise en conception et en développement de solutions de Data Engineering, y compris la manipulation de données, l'ETL, et l'utilisation de bases de données relationnelles et non relationnelles.
    * Connaissance approfondie des outils et des technologies de Data Engineering tels que Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
    * Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership, avec la capacité de travailler avec des équipes internationales.
    * Maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.

    Due to continued success and growth, my client are expanding our development team and are now looking for a Cloud Architect. You will be working with architects, technologists, and development teams with the responsibility to ensure that our products and solutions integrate with clients. Additionally, the Cloud Architect will take a lead role working closely with Operations Engineering team to provide a world-class DevOps Environment capable of handling the anticipated development load.

    Responsibilities

    * Architect and provide technical direction for our approach for cloud/SaaS and on-premise products
    * Lead on the setting and enforcement of architecture standards and practices affecting development of all new products as well as impacting existing ones. Develop these standards in coordination with peers in other divisions.
    * Review and evaluate new and existing architecture and code to ensure it meets standards; or for existing products that they will operate within the overall cloud architecture.
    * Evangelize the cloud and microservice message and architecture within the development organization and to our field organizations, partners, and customers.
    * Research new technologies, including hands-on technical evaluation and POCs.
    * Create and maintain documentation.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    * Multiple years' experience designing and running production workloads in AWS.
    * Hands-on experience with core AWS services, including running containers on ECS and functions on Lambda.
    * Ability to design and build CI/CD pipelines with CodePipeline/Build/Deploy or Jenkins.
    * Experience running Linux and/or Windows environments.
    * Ability to design highly available and performant solutions in the AWS.
    * Working knowledge of database technologies.
    * Strong skills with scripting technologies, such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible.
    * Experience writing IasC with CloudFormation/Terraform.
    * Working knowledge of version control systems.
    * Experience with the AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption frameworks.
    * Strong written and verbal communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical team members/clients.
    * Ability to identify priorities and plan effectively.
    * AWS knowledge and certifications: Solutions Architect, DevOps, Security, Network.
