    Contract GCP Trainer - Cloud Architecture/Data Engineering - £500-700/pd

    Please note - this role may require occasional travel to client site. The number of hours worked per week will be dependant upon the specific assignment. To be eligible for this role you must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.

    About the Role

    As a GCP Data Trainer, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, hands-on training sessions focused on GCP's data and analytics tools. You'll work with a diverse, international client base, helping upskill teams and drive cloud adoption through expert instruction and real-world insights.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Deliver instructor-led training (virtual and/or in-person) on GCP data services (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Looker)
    * Tailor training content to meet the needs of different client teams and industries
    * Support learners with practical labs, Q&A sessions, and certification preparation
    * Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training materials and delivery
    * Stay up to date with the latest GCP developments and best practices

    Requirements

    * Google Cloud Certified Trainer (Data Engineering or equivalent certification required)
    * Proven experience delivering GCP training to technical and non-technical audiences
    * Strong understanding of GCP data services and architecture
    * Excellent communication and presentation skills
    * Experience working with international clients is a plus
    * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

    Contract Details

    * Daily Rate: £500-£700 (Inside IR35)
    * Location: Remote (UK-based preferred, but open to global trainers)
    * Start Date: ASAP
    * Duration: Initial 3-6 months, with potential for extension

    Based in-house, you will be joining and supporting a team who are developing solutions to bring artificial intelligence into healthcare

    You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's technology, IT infrastructure and systems & information security.

    The position is hands-on, but also includes oversight, facilitation and communication, there are opportunities to work closely with the business on technology and methodology-related decisions and expand your role further

    Other tasks can include managing the IT tools and researching new options, being responsible for IT purchases and acting as a vendor point of contact, as well as offering user support to colleagues and working with QA/managers to find smart solutions

    We are looking for some of the following skills:

    * 3+ years of experience in system administration
    * Experience with Ansible (or equivalent configuration management system)
    * Ability to identify gaps and needs for IT tools; search, compare and select new suitable tools that to automate task and increase efficiency
    * Ability to plan, integrate, configure & validate new software tools
    * Managing users and projects
    * It is a bonus if you have experience or knowledge about ITIL and ITSM, and compliance & security

    Cloud Security Engineer - London - £480/pd Outside IR35

    Please note - this role will require you to work from the London based office 1-2 days per week. You must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role.

    About the Role

    A digitally driven reinsurance broker is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to play a key role in strengthening its cloud security posture across multi-cloud environments. This is a hands-on contract role focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on leveraging the latest Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technologies.

    You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to embed security best practices across platforms including GCP, Azure, and M365.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Design, implement, and manage cloud security policies and solutions for GCP and Azure.
    * Configure and maintain security tools such as Cloud IAM, Security Command Center, VPC Service Controls, Azure Security Center, Azure AD, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
    * Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
    * Monitor cloud environments for threats and lead incident response efforts.
    * Integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline and ensure secure configurations.
    * Develop and enforce cloud security policies aligned with regulatory and internal frameworks.
    * Provide guidance on data protection, network security, and identity and access management.
    * (Desirable) Assess and enhance Salesforce security, including data protection and access controls.

    Desirable Qualifications

    * 6+ years of experience in cloud or information security.
    * Proven experience securing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
    * Strong understanding of cloud security principles and native controls.
    * Experience with incident response and threat modelling.
    * Relevant certifications such as:

    * Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer
    * Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
    * Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
