    Joining as our IT Manager, reporting into the IT director. The successful candidate will work to align our technology strategy with our business vision. You will be taking the lead on our Engineering team that's distributed across the UK, USA and Europe, managing our engineers who are developing products and applications used by our global client base.

    We pride ourselves on our partnership with AWS, as the IT Manager you will be taking control of our AWS estate, helping manage our daily IT operations while also looking forward as to how we can apply further elements of AWS into the automotive industry.

    Who are we?

    We have an integrated, focused operating model to allow us to make good decisions and execute them at pace. Our newly created in-house Engineering function will ensure we continue to build out a fit-for-purpose, scalable, and secure technology platform, and this role sits as an integral part of the Technical Leadership Team.

    We use "smart-working", and the person in this role will be based at our London office. There is a small requirement to travel to the Norwich office very rarely (every few months).

    What do you need?

    * Solid experience as a full-stack lead Engineer, ideally experienced in building consumer facing products based on microservice architecture principles. Strong working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD best practices, with experience in long-term platform level technology strategy and planning.
    * Exemplary technical leadership, with experience translating product strategy into fit-for-purpose solution designs and engineering approaches.
    * Confident mentor and confident in leading cross-functional change initiatives, and a natural mentor to junior engineers.
    * Technologically adept and demonstrates outstanding ability to provide both hands-on technical execution and guidance to others, and confident leading strategic direction decisions at an architectural level.
    * Versatile with multiple delivery methodologies, with strong cross-functional technical stakeholder management capabilities; able to balance desired pace of change with technical risk considerations.

You will be reporting directly into the EMEA Marketing leader, overseeing all activities relating to marketing for the Uk, Ireland and Nordics with a particular focus on AWS. Implementing the clients cloud facing strategy and solutions, to drive business growth in the UK.

    You would be responsible for:

    * Executing market strategy, and creating brand awareness through end-end marketing campaigns
    * Create unique content for social media, digital and traditional media channels through the client
    * Execute data based marketing best practises to pursue sales opportunities with cloud based vendors
    * Work and collaborate with global and regional teams

    Your Knowledge and Experience:

    * 2+ years of B2B marketing with the focus on technology with a working knowledge of digital transformation practises, on a enterprise or corporate level
    * Great knowledge of AWS as a cloud technology solution

    Daily activities:

    * Being a single point of contact for Managed Cloud customers
    * Focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as building close long-term relationships
    * Controlling service financials & profitability (including cost optimisation for customers)
    * Helping to understand existing processes and create new ones, both internally and with a customer and with support of appropriate teams
    * Supporting the Managed Cloud teams in understanding the customer's needs
    * Keeping both the customer and the team informed about the needs and changes
    * Proactively recognising customer's needs and using resources to drive continuous improvements i.e. quality, automation & profitability
