    The role and responsibilities

    In Belgium, they have built an innovative IoT Department that built an IoT Platform(Dashboard) where all the devices of their customers are connected and monitored. Their complex IoT Platform is handling a lot of Data, constantly evolving and getting improved to stay ahead of the competition, like the company.



    Currently, they are looking for an Integration Architect(IoT) to join them and help with the complex integrations of their customers to the platform. A candidate who's a great fit should be collaborative, willing to work with different teams while demonstrating great analytical skills. On top of that, in an ideal scenario, he/she needs to have knowledge in various fields like Enterprise Architecture, Software development and testing, Ops and Monitoring while possessing affinity with Cloud Application development and APIs. If you're bringing experience with IoT too, this would be a great plus and you should consider yourself like an ideal fit! The position comes with a big amount of responsibility. The person who'll join will be the main point of contact for cross-platform integrations, being able to closely collaborate with different teams, speak to different stakeholders, while designing and implementing complex integrations in a cloud and on-premise environment.



    The right person will be able to demonstrate

    * Extensive experience with complex Integrations, designing and implementing them.
    * Knowledge and experience with Public Cloud and On-premise environments.
    * Understanding in Ops & Monitoring, Software Development & Testing and Architecture on an Enterprise level.
    * Affinity with IoT and experience with it, is considered as a great plus!
    * Great analytical and communication skills.
    * Fluency in English
    * Experience with REST APIs, Kafka or Event Hub, able to work with big amounts of Data.
    * Eagerness to learn and step up.
    * Willingness to be part of a market leading company , who's a pioneer in their industry.

    My client is a leading wholesale industry player based in the vibrant region of West Flanders, Belgium. They are dedicated to delivering top-notch services to clients worldwide through their innovative e-commerce platform. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their global team and be a part of their eCommerce product domains.



    The role in a nut shell!

    As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of their e-commerce website. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust infrastructure solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise in Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (or other cloud platforms), and Terraform will be essential in optimizing their system architecture and processes to enhance reliability and scalability continuously.



    What will you will do?

    * Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions for our e-commerce platform.
    * Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters to orchestrate containerized applications effectively.
    * Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate deployment, scaling, and management of infrastructure resources.
    * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and reliability.
    * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and implement optimizations of system architecture and processes.



    Qualifications:

    * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    * Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role in a high-traffic e-commerce environment.
    * Strong proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
    * Ideally hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and infrastructure (other cloud platforms experience also ok).
    * Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation and management.
    * Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration principles.
    * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
    * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    * Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus but not required.

    The client is a niche specialist company, and they work purely in long-term Media & Telecommunications projects. It's an Advanced AWS and Google Cloud Partner with offices in 4 countries and headquarters in the Netherlands. They're currently looking to hire a Senior Frontend (Angular Developer) to join a long term project with one of the most reputable clients, which is a market leading Belgian company! Some of their other clients enjoying their services are BBC, Discovery, NBC, and many more! In Belgium, they work with the biggest players in the Telco & Media industry!



    The role and responsibilities.

    The client is looking for an Angular "exper" to join the team of their client, and work on the company's website and applications, improving them, adding features etc. Good communications skills are highly valued, as the person joining will be involved working with different teams of people. The ideal candidate should have experience in Front-end Development, specifically with Angular, which is the most important. If you bring some knowledge in back-end development too, it will be a plus, but not necessary. You will be working closely with your colleagues and you'll be focused on big projects where you can make an impact and contribute for the long term.



    The right person should be able to demonstrate

    * At least 6-7 years of experience working with Angular for Frontend Development. This is the most important.
    * Deep knolwedge/experience in Javascript.
    * Being familiar with Public Cloud (and specifically AWS) will come in handy, as the company is working with the Cloud a lot. But this is something not necessary.
    * Experience with Containers and Kubernetes is more than welcome!
    * If you also bring prior experience in Media or Telco companies, consider yourself like the perfect candidate!
    * Speaking English on a fluent level, together with either Dutch or French!





    What you should expect



    * Base salary of up to €€5,000 gross/month, tailored to your level of experience.
