Cloud DevOps Engineer - Contract
This opportunity is to work with an international consultancy with a diverse client base. Currently they are working with the global leader in financial market organisation. Who are responsible for developing the core infrastructure for financial markets worldwide, through the use of automated and low latency solutions. This is a great opportunity for a DevOps Engineer to be at the forefront of technology in FinTech.
The role is based in Prague and involves working in an Agile environment with the the investment division, as they build "best in class" cloud native applications and solutions. Of course as a DevOps Engineer no two days will be the same. However there are a few responsibilities that will remain consistent - Working on: CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, TeamCity), Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), Containerisation and Orchestration (Docker,K8s) , Automation, Configuration Management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and IAC (Terraform).
Key responsibilities as a Cloud DevOps Engineer:
*Design, build and maintain automated, highly available cloud infrastructure
*Work closely with trading teams to provide SME CI/CD knowledge across cloud native applications
*Utilise a range of tooling such as K8s, Ansible, Terraform., Jenkins etc
My client is technology agnostic and looking for talented DevOps engineers to upskill across multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
* Public Cloud (AWS or GCP or Azure)
* CI/CD Pipeline experience - building, maintaining etc
* Configuration Management
* IAC - Terraform
