    Your role:

    Within this position you will provide close Support to our business users within Continental Europe. Ensuring that all Incidents and Requests are processed timely and accurately. The Ecommerce Support Specialist will form a partnership with their respective Business Organisation to ensure they are being support in all Ecommerce requests and together are able to drive Market Growth.

    You are responsible for the processing of all Incidents and Request for Change via our IT Support Ticketing System relating to them, while keeping a detailed and accurate record of all Incidents for the respective companies.

    You will collaborate closely with the external implementation partner and internal IT departments; proactively following up on Incident status by priority order and make sure to meet the agreed SLA's.

    You also collaborate with different internal departments to meet customer needs. In this role, you will evaluation, challenge and innovate current processes and procedures; seek new and innovative ways to improve the service we offer to our business users.

    What will be expected:

    * Good understanding of webshop/ e-commerce solutions
    * Experience on similar position
    * Fluency in written and spoken English, additional language skills would be beneficial

This credit union possesses over a billion dollars in assets, and are currently going through a massive digital transformation and are looking for a candidate like yourself to come in and be responsible for designing Credit Union's cloud infrastructure and for supporting datacenters, offices, and credit union connectivity needs.

    Some of the other responsibilities of this role include designing and implementing secure, scalable and highly available network solutions across a hybrid, multi-cloud environment. Along with other duties such as utilizing coding skills to automate infrastructure deployments across multiple datacenters and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. These are just a couple of the responsibilities this role entails.



    Key skills:

    * AWS or Azure
    * Built and managed an environment from the ground up
    * Someone that is an expert in in fundamental network practices (switching, routing, etc) as well as in core cloud networking concepts like VNet, Express routes, monitoring/alerting and general Azure best practices

    As a Service Desk Specialist you will be working as part of the 24/7 global Operations Team, that partners closely with other Tech teams and business units with a special focus upon providing front-line real-time support for colleagues needing IT assistance.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    * Ensure the highest levels of customer experience in a collaborative environment with a keen focus on helping people resolve issues and problems as the first point of contact in Operations.
    * You will spend time working with tickets that have been submitted to the Service Desk via multiple mediums. Some tickets you will work through to resolution, and some you will need to collaborate or escalate to other teams for assistance. You will act as liaison for our new employees helping to assist in setting up their laptops and accessories.
    * Troubleshoot, or escalate issues as appropriate, in a timely manner while communicating clearly and proactively throughout the customer's experience until resolved.



    Requirements:

    * A background in a technical support environment
    * A methodical and logical approach to problem solving
    * Driven, self-starter without requiring close supervision
    * Ability to adapt to change and learning quickly in a dynamic organisation.
    * Ability to, occasionally, accommodate a non-traditional work schedule and remain flexible to meet the needs of executives
