The company has over 2000 employees across Norway with their customers ranging from large, worldwide companies to small and medium-sized businesses and they have customers from most industries in both the private and public sectors

    The particular team we are working with is the Business Analytics division within the Digital group which consists of around 20 talented individuals that play a key role within the wider business.

    The Business Analytics practice plays a key part in delivering key analytics across the wider business and also supports its client base by providing valuable insights to further explain the impact of their data, their performance as a whole, and drive recommendations to how they can improve their business.

    You'll be involved closely with the business and using data as a tool to help influence decision making

    This particular division works closely with growing mid-sized businesses who really value to contributions of the department as key insights discovered can really help performance and planning, meaning you will have the opportunity to pitch suggestions, demonstrate trends that really impact success.

    The environment you'll work in with be extremely free and you are encouraged to be forthcoming with ideas and suggestions that will ultimately be built by data driven insights.

    Experience / Requirements

    - Computer Science or Economics Degree
    - Solid Analytics or Engineering background
    - Broad experience with Data mining, preparation, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics all to provide insights and useful information in order to make data driven suggestions.
    - Proven experience with ETL processes and comfortable accessing data and extracting data yourself, and prepping it for analytics purposes
    - Strong experience in building dashboards / reports within Power BI
    - Understand and establish Power BI best practices / governance across the group
    - A good eye for spotting trends, understanding businesses and being able to advice clients why certain things are happening.
    - Support the groups data platform, building reporting functions in conjunction with data lake and warehouse infrastructure.

    Required:

    * Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP networking and routing concepts and HTTP/HTTPS protocol details.

    Senior Security Operations Engineer - London (Once a week)

    Salary: Up to £70,000

    You will bring a unique perspective to a team that maintains a secure and reliable environment hosted across both cloud and on-premise infrastructure. The Security Operations team is responsible for securing an environment that is dynamic, always growing and evolving - a global network that provides reliable and secure applications 24x7.

    They are looking for a Senior Associate Security Engineer who will work with technical leadership to determine overall security technology, standards and strategy across on-premise and AWS.

    You will be resonsible for...

    * Design, develop, implement and administrate cloud security technologies.
    * Implement and administrate AWS Core Security.
    * Perform Security Monitoring from multiple monitoring sources including firewalls, SIEM and other supporting security tools, identifying events that meet certain criteria, performing incident response activities or escalating them to, and working with, other support teams.
    * Drive Threat Modelling activities across our business, through identifying, understanding threats & mitigations.
    * Participate in Security Incident Response to information security related incidents - and working with the relevant parties to resolve them.
    * Take part in Vulnerability Assessments which involve identifying security weaknesses in infrastructure and systems, assessing the weaknesses and communicating them to the relevant teams for resolution
    * Ensure systems are protected by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.



    It's advantageous if you have...

    * 3+ Years of Experience in Security Operations, Security Engineering, or other related Security-type role.
    * 2+ years working with all core AWS Infrastructure Services
    * Experience implementing and maintaining security for cloud-based systems as well as applications in AWS
    * Experience with vulnerability management and VM tools
    * Experience in malware detection, analysis and removal
    * Experience with technologies such as SIEM, Firewall, XDR and hybrid Cloud Security environments
