    Role & Responsibilities

    * Lab-based position responsible for designing and conducting biochemical, molecular, and cellular biology experiments within the oncology and immunology space.
    * Analyzing, interpreting, and preparing summaries of data collected and presenting internally to team members

    Skills & Qualifications

    * B.Sc + 7 years of experience OR .M.Sc + 5 years of experience
    * Hands-on proficiency with Western Blotting, biochemistry, immunofluorescence, qPCR, flow cytometry, ELISA, and other luminescence and fluorescence assay readouts.
    * Proficiency in in-vitro mammalian cell culture techniques (suspension and adherent cells), including cell line maintenance and cryopreservation.
    * Experience with running cell-based assays with small molecule inhibitors in plate-based format (e.g. 96-well).
    * Experience with cell line manipulation (siRNA, CRISPR, lentiviral transduction, transfection, stable cell line selection, clonal isolation, DNA/RNA/protein isolation etc).
    * Strong background in immunoassays including cytotoxicity and measurements of cytokine production and secretion.
    * Isolation and culture of human PBMCs.
    * Familiarity with processing animal tissue samples (e.g. blood, spleen, lymph nodes) for protein/mRNA analyses

    Jefferson Frank are searching for an AWS Trainer to work with a Premier Training partner in London. The role is remote as per the climate, there will be some expectation to work in the offices as per the climate.

    The candidate we are looking for will need to have some experience delivering AWS courses ideally the Developer associate. The programme will grow and candidates must be open to certify and deliver the AWS DevOps Pro course.

    There will be some content creation as well as training delivery.

    This contract is outside of IR35 and candidates will need the right to work in the UK. There will be some scope for growth within this role and the option to go perm if interested.

    AWS Authorised Instructors will not be eligible for this contract.

    This training programme will be based around upskilling IT professionals on a 2 year long programme to certify with AWS, gain experience at an accredited AWS partner and support the academy graduates post placement into their latest roles.

    Requirements

    * Ideally holding AWS Certificates Solutions Architect associate (minimum), Developer Associate, DevOps Pro
    * Experience delivering AWS Courses
    * Experience content writing AWS and other cloud courses
    * Experience delivering IT courses from Grad level to Senior delegates

    Candidates who hold the professional AWS certifications are highly desired.

They aim to modernise applications and migrate their clients onto public clouds. They have around 7,000+ employees, delivery capabilities in 90 countries, and around 65,000 business customers.

    Our client have ambitious plans to grow exponentially over the next few years and are therefore looking for talented Cloud Engineers to join them on their journey to develop their AWS global strategy and capability.



    The Role

    You will be delivering their new AWS Services to customers. You will prepare and build features and services for deployment whilst developing automated scripts for infrastructure components. You will automate and provision environments through CI/CD tools and conduct reviews to make sure everything is well designed.

    What You Need:



    * Expertise in AWS particularly the following services: EC2, S3, ECS, ALB
    * Expertise in operating distributed databases i.e. SQL, RDS, Dynamo DB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch
    * Excellence in security and infrastructure AWS services and thrid party tools
    * Experience operating Docker applications
    * Experience with the following tools - Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence), GitHub, Jenkins
