Full Stack System Analyst - Perm role

Our client is a well-established System Integration (SI) company with a strong business presence across APAC, delivering technology solutions and digital transformation projects to clients across the region.

They are looking for an experienced System Analyst with strong hands-on development expertise in Node.js and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will be responsible for application and system design, technical documentation, API development, security, and data flow, while also providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop scalable applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
* Lead application design and system architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
* Prepare detailed technical specifications and system design documentation.
* Design and implement APIs, ensuring proper integration, security, and performance.
* Analyse and manage data flow across applications and systems.
* Apply AI coding tools and techniques to improve development productivity and code quality.
* Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
* Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring coding standards and best practices are followed.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

* Strong hands-on programming experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
* Proven experience in application design and system design.
* Strong understanding of API design, security, and data flow.
* Experience working with AI coding tools / AI-assisted development.
* Ability to lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

* Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD.
* Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
* Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
