Tenth Revolution Group is partnering with a global technology consulting organisation to appoint an experienced Enterprise Services Account Executive.

This is a senior sales role focused on driving consulting and professional services revenue across Australia's enterprise market. You'll be responsible for developing new business, expanding strategic accounts, and shaping complex technology services engagements for some of the country's largest organisations.





The Opportunity

As an Enterprise Services Account Executive, you'll lead the full sales lifecycle for consulting and professional services engagements, from identifying opportunities through to commercial negotiation and successful handover to delivery.

Working closely with client executives, technical specialists and delivery teams, you'll develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and help organisations solve complex business and technology challenges.



Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a strategy to grow consulting and professional services revenue
* Identify, qualify and secure new enterprise opportunities while expanding existing accounts
* Build trusted relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders
* Lead client meetings, workshops, proposals and commercial negotiations
* Shape consulting engagements and Statements of Work aligned to client outcomes
* Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop compelling solutions
* Maintain a strong pipeline across enterprise accounts and priority industry sectors
* Stay current with emerging technology trends and market opportunities



Skills & Experience

* 10+ years' experience in enterprise consulting or professional services sales
* Proven success winning and delivering large consulting or services engagements
* Experience selling into large enterprise organisations
* Strong consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to develop commercial proposals and scope services engagements
* Strong understanding of enterprise technology including cloud, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, automation or digital transformation
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* Experience working with cross-functional sales and delivery teams



Highly Regarded

* Existing relationships across Australia's enterprise market
* Experience selling into Financial Services or other large enterprise sectors
* Background within global consulting, systems integration or technology services organisations
* Experience developing Statements of Work and commercial services proposals
