AI & Automation Technical Lead

Tenth Revolution Group is partnering with a leading Australian organisation to recruit an AI & Automation Technical Lead.



The AI & Automation Technical Lead is a hands-on role responsible for designing, building and delivering AI, automation and integration solutions that improve business performance and drive measurable value. Combining technical leadership with active solution delivery, the role takes ownership of initiatives from concept through to implementation while establishing scalable, reusable and supportable solutions.



Key Responsibilities

* Design, build and implement AI, automation and integration solutions
* Develop MVPs and prototypes to rapidly validate business opportunities
* Lead hands-on development, configuration and solution delivery activities
* Provide technical leadership, mentoring and code/design reviews
* Deliver integrations across business-critical platforms and SaaS applications
* Develop APIs, workflows, automations and data integrations
* Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve productivity
* Build reusable components, frameworks and best practices
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes



About You

Essential Skills & Experience

* Proven experience delivering AI, automation, integration or software solutions
* Strong solution design and technical problem-solving skills
* Experience with APIs, integrations, workflows and cloud technologies
* Ability to rapidly prototype and deliver business-focused solutions
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience balancing speed of delivery with quality and maintainability



Highly Regarded

* Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot and/or Fabric experience
* NetSuite or ERP integration experience
* Experience with AI platforms, LLMs, AI agents and automation frameworks
* Exposure to offshore or distributed delivery teams
* Experience working in transformation, innovation or fast-paced environments
